This ultra-durable chain comprises of 114 links with chrome plating on the inside of each link and a nickel coating on the outside, giving unrivalled durability as you clock up the miles. With chrome hardened pins holding each link in place and Flattop technology allowing for a narrower design and improved clearance between your chain and the cogs, a proficient and precise shifting experience is assured. The SRAM Red AXS 12 speed chain was redeveloped from the ground up. The unique link shape allows the chain to be narrower and lighter while increasing strength and providing more space between the outer plates of the chain and the cogs on either side. The SRAM red eTap WiFli rear derailleur benefits from the same quality construction of the mechanical SRAM Red version, featuring ceramic pulley bearings, a carbon cage and an anodised alloy body. It utilises SRAM’s own wireless technology that provides a secure connection and the removable battery (sold separately) has a 1000km range. So, if you forget to top up your battery and it runs low miles from home, simply swap it over with the front derailleur's battery to get back on the road with a full cassette range.
