The Tundra from Hutchinson has been created in response to the increasing technicality in the gravel discipline. Designed for year-round riding, the Tundra is at home on everything from muddy woodland trails to super technical rocky descents. All while maintaining the fast rolling speed Hutchinson tyres are renowned for, to tackle hard-packed gravel and roads linking the trails. The complement to the Touareg for riding on hard trailsWidely spaced knobs for better rip and mud discharge127 TPI carcass for flexibility and lightnessBead-bead reinforcement to protect the whole tyre surfaceA perfect Touareg/Tundra combo during the winter pre-seasonIts gravel specific tread profile has been meticulously designed to give the rider a more secure feel through the most technical of routes. Using Hutchinson s MTB expertise and drawing inspiration from our Black Mamba tyre, it is ready to tackle off camber singletrack, greasy roots and loose descents.Engineered for unrivalled performance in the mud, we have removed all but the most important tread blocks, leaving as much room as possible for mud clearance. As a Hutchinson tyre the Tundra is Tubeless Ready and utilises a range of technologies to keep riders rolling, no matter how tough the conditions become.Hardskin Reinforcement - Get full-coverage flat protection with Hardskin. Originally created for our mountain bike tires, this hardy fabric grid layer is integrated into the casing to fend off punctures and cuts from sharp objects. Bead-to-bead coverage means you re protected on the sidewalls as well as the tread, but it won t change that sweet Hutchinson ride quality you love.Bi-compound - Ensuring maximum comfort and safety on rough terrains as well as performance, either on or off-road. A softer and more flexible side compound reinforce the grip and deformation, while the central harder compound ensures rolling performance.Specification:Colour: Tan WallETRTO Size: 45-622Tubeless Ready (TR), fits tubeless rims with no inner tube and also standard rims with inner tubeBead: FoldingHardskin (HS), textile grid reinforcementBi-compound

Whether it is about racing, challenging our own limits on ultra-long distances or enjoying a wonderful adventure; Whether it is about road or rough terrains; Hutchinson wanted to develop a tyre with maximum versatility. Merging the best of their road and mountain bike expertise and experience, they have created the Touareg: a tyre developed to meet optimal efficiency wherever in the world you are. Providing the best combination of performance, grip, and durability.Numerous knobs provide multiple contact points with the ground to provide consistent performance. The intermediate smaller knobs are distributed further apart than those on the central part, helping to contribute to better grip and confidence when cornering. The tread with its chevron shape comes from Hutchinson s XC background and shares DNA with the Skeleton and Kraken tyres. The knobs are more compact on the Touareg though, optimising performance even on very rough terrain.Tubeless Ready (TR), fits tubeless rims with no inner tube and also standard rims with inner tubeThe worldwide versatility of the Touareg is in part thanks to the continued development in the architecture of its knobs. The smaller and more compact small blocks contribute to comfort and performance, on both rough terrain and smooth tarmac. In contrast, the large number of knobs and their greater spacing, mean the Touareg has grip on various types of wet hardpack terrain (road, roots, stones) and dry conditions (gravel, sand, dust). The side knobs of the Touareg are like that of the Skeleton s design. They are linked in pairs to save weight. They run down the wall to strengthen the structure during distortion and reinforce the grip. The Touareg is a reassuring and versatile tyre thanks to the thickness and design of its knobs and thanks to its Hardskin bead to bead reinforcement. Thanks to its road and mountain bike expertise, Hutchinson developed a tyre meant to meet worldwide versatility: ensuring maximum comfort and safety on rough terrains as well as performance, either on or off-road. Hutchinson wants gravel riders to feel confident when it comes to their tyres, so that they can focus only on their own pleasure and performance.

Halo GXR 650 x 47mm Tan Wall TyreGXR is Halo's all-surface gravel tyre.It utilises a 60TPI tubeless carcass that results in a lightweight and reliable tyre. The carcass allows the tyre to conform to the terrain for maximum grip and comfort while brushing off a large amount of potential damage from objects on the trail.Incorporated into the central tread of the tyres are leading edges that improve braking, acceleration and traction in all conditions while retaining a flush rolling surface. These leading edges only come into play in the wet or when riding off-road. The tyre rolls with minimal resistance in the dry and when riding on smooth surfaces. The side tread comprises a series of spaced and specifically placed blocks. Combined with optimised siping, the aggressive side tread helps the GXR achieve enormous levels of grip when needed most.Angled mud and water-shedding channels within the shoulder tread produce a tyre that is truly all condition and multi-terrain. The GXR tyre also offers a large tread wrap for extreme lean angles and features dual compounds. The rubber compound in the centre is slightly firmer to increase rolling speeds and longevity. Whereas the edge compound is softer and, when combined with the large tread wrap, maximises grip yet further.Product DetailsCompound: Dual CompoundTubeless: YesTyre Size: 650bx47cUsage: Gravel/ Adventure/ BikepackingConditions: Road/ Hardpack/ GravelTPI: 60
