Halo GXR 650 x 47mm Tan Wall TyreGXR is Halo's all-surface gravel tyre.It utilises a 60TPI tubeless carcass that results in a lightweight and reliable tyre. The carcass allows the tyre to conform to the terrain for maximum grip and comfort while brushing off a large amount of potential damage from objects on the trail.Incorporated into the central tread of the tyres are leading edges that improve braking, acceleration and traction in all conditions while retaining a flush rolling surface. These leading edges only come into play in the wet or when riding off-road. The tyre rolls with minimal resistance in the dry and when riding on smooth surfaces.The side tread comprises a series of spaced and specifically placed blocks. Combined with optimised siping, the aggressive side tread helps the GXR achieve enormous levels of grip when needed most.Angled mud and water-shedding channels within the shoulder tread produce a tyre that is truly all condition and multi-terrain. The GXR tyre also offers a large tread wrap for extreme lean angles and features dual compounds. The rubber compound in the centre is slightly firmer to increase rolling speeds and longevity.
