A special feature of the two-piece disc is the patented interlocking of the outer and inner rings (Dovetail Interlink technology). In contrast to floating discs, the torque is transmitted over the entire surface instead of just the rivets. The result is increased rigidity of the brake disc and heat dissipation that is much more effective under continuous load.
