The Box One Brake Arms are cold forged and CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum. Cold forging produces the strongest, stiffest, lightest weight and most durable bicycle parts. Both sizes feature 35 millimetres of vertical brake pad adjustment—more than most linear-pull brakes. Other features include precision sealed bearing pivots, titanium and stainless steel hardware, a flexible cable noodle and streamlined cable fixing point.

There is more to the carbon headsets than their exceptional good looks. From top to bottom, Box One Carbon Headsets have been designed to perform. Each unit features a custom CNC-machined alloy top cap in the shape of the Box logo with cutouts to reduce weight. At the centre of the top cap is an anodised aluminium bolt that threads into a gold anodised aluminium expander plug. This expander eliminates the need for a star nut.
Featuring a double-butted 14 gauge spoke (2.0/1.8/2.0mm) the Pro Spoke Kit is lighter AND stronger than traditional straight 14 gauge spokes. This is possible by using a spoke that is 14g at the ends but 15g in the middle; this combination makes for an exceptional strength to weight ratio. Additionally included is lightweight black anodised aluminium nipples to further reduce rotational weight.

Box One fork adapters let you run standard 10mm (3/8" axles) in a fork designed for 20mm axles.
Box One Sprocket Bolt kits include five 8.5mm front bolts, five 6mm front bolts and five 5mm rear nuts so they will fit just about any sprocket/crank combination, including those with threaded holes.
The Box One X5 is designed purely with BMX racing in mind. The new oversized X5 tapered steerer tube fork features an all carbon crown and leg construction, cold-forged and CNC machined dropouts and a rider-specific design that is strong, lightweight and extremely reliable, to meet the demands of the fastest racers. All Box X Series forks are for BMX racing only and not meant for freestyle riding.
