Box One brake levers are the first ever to incorporate a clamp for ODI Lock-On grips. This ensures that your grips stay put while eliminating the need for an extra clamp. At roughly 50 grams, these cold forged and CNC-machined levers beat any other on the market. Genius levers have a built in return spring and are fully compatible with carbon handlebars. The Mid reach lever features a new design that puts it in the same reach position as the Long, but with a more BMX-specific blade for better one-finger leverage. Other features include adjustable reach, a titanium mounting bolt and stainless steel hardware. Genius levers are designed to work with linear-pull brakes and are excellent for BMX, mountain, city, urban and tandem flat-bar bicycles.
The Box One Levers are cold forged and CNC-machined from the highest-quality 6061-T6 aluminum, making them strong and stiff, yet super lightweight, at 55g/1.9oz. Unlike other lightweight levers, these levers have a built in return spring. Other features include adjustable reach, a titanium mounting bolt and stainless steel hardware. These levers are designed to work with linear-pull brakes.
Tested extensively by the Dutch National BMX Team, Damien Godet, Kory Cook, and numerous other elite racers, Box Two™ Freewheels combine durability with lightning-fast engagement. They feature nine, super durable pawls and are available in one of three choices -- 16, 17 or 18 teeth.
The Box Disc Brake Adapter is designed to help improve braking control on frames where disc brakes were not standard. Compatible with 2 types of dropouts and 3-10mm hubs, in the right configurations, the Box Disc Brake Adapter goes over your hub’s axle and mates with the frame’s dropout, allowing mounting of a standard post mount disc brake caliper.
Box Two levers incorporate many of the same innovative features and details as the Box One brake levers, like a body and perch cold forged from 6061-T6 aluminum, reach adjustment for accurate positioning and a single bolt clamp for quick and easy installation. It has replaceable stainless steel pivot hardware and is fully compatible with carbon handlebars.
Box Two Brake Post Extenders are the perfect solution for those riders in need of extra brake pad adjustment without switching frame sizes. CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, Box Two™ Brake Post Extenders easily mount to any frame’s existing cantilever brake bosses and provide an additional 16 mm of brake arm positioning. Typically, they are most useful when a rider transitions from one wheel size to the next (i.e. 451 to 406).
Box Two mid reach levers incorporate many of the same innovative features and details as our Box One brake levers, like a body and perch cold forged from 6061-T6 aluminum, reach adjustment for accurate positioning and a single bolt clamp for quick and easy installation. But the Box Two Mid Reach lever has a smoother shape than the Box One long reach lever which provides improved ergonomics and one-finger braking. It has replaceable stainless steel pivot hardware and is fully compatible with carbon handlebars.

There is more to the carbon headsets than their exceptional good looks. From top to bottom, Box One Carbon Headsets have been designed to perform. Each unit features a custom CNC-machined alloy top cap in the shape of the Box logo with cut-outs to reduce weight. At the centre of the top cap is an anodised aluminium bolt that threads into a gold anodised aluminium expander plug. This expander eliminates the need for a star nut and works with all 1 1/8-inch steerer tubes—even carbon fibre steerer tubes. The top bearing cover is crafted from carbon fibre, which not only adds style but helps to shave weight. At the heart of the headset are two super-smooth, titanium-nitride coated, sealed, 45×45 bearings. The titanium coating results in a low friction coefficient, increased corrosion resistance and smoother rolling bearings. A split crown race makes installation and removal from forks super easy. Box 1.5-inch headsets are designed solely for tapered frames and forks, but also include an adapter which allows you to run a fork with a straight 1 1/8-inch steerer tube.
Box Two Front Hubs feature cold forged and CNC-machined, 6061-T6 aluminum shells fitted with precision sealed bearings and 20-millimetre, 7075-aluminum axles and axle nuts. They are designed for forks with 100mm spacing. Meets or exceeds ENBMX standards. ###section### Product Specs AXLE SIZE: 20mm SPOKE HOLES: 36 BEARINGS: Sealed WEIGHT: 234 grams/8.3 ounces
