Feed the guide cable through your frame using the magnet on your multi tool and the magnet on the guide cable to pass from exit to insert point. Then attach the correct asaptor from the multi tool to your cable that requires routing. Attach the magnet adaptor to this cable and connect the guide cable to the routing cable. Then simply drag the routing cable back through the frame by pulling on the guide cable. Sound tricky? It's really not. The skewer mount fits both 130mm road bike rear spacing and 135mm mountain bike (MTB) spacing for use with a wide variety of bikes. The trainer is not compatible with bikes that use 12mm thru-axles. The folding a-frame design is ideal for storage and transport, so you can pack it away after use or take it with you to warm up before your event. The Lifeline TT-01 is now in the Zwift classic trainer hardware list. The Zwift team have configured the power curve to Zwift software and so with the addition of a speed and cadence sensor and ANT+ stick (sold separately) you can now ride the trainer on Zwift with improved accuracy. The bag attaches securely to your seat post and saddle rails - seat post via the wide velcro strap and saddle rails through the buckles on either side of the bag.
