Fox Suspension 36 Float Factory Grip2 Boost Fork (2023) Suspension Forks
  • £748.99
  • RRP £1239.00
  • Saving you £40

Prepared for everything from backcountry adventures to day-long epics on your favourite mountain bike (MTB) trails, this suspension fork is engineered for the demands of modern trail riding. It's part of Fox Suspension's renowned Factory Series, which means that it comes feature-packed and is designed to exceed the demands of Factory-level riders. Another highlight is its genuine Kashima coating on its upper tubes that provides slippery smooth and ultra-durable performance as you carve your way around the mountain. Boasting a wide range of adjustments from its Float EVOL air spring and GRIP2 damper with dual Variable Valve Control (VVC), this model makes it simple to dial in your ideal settings for smooth shock absorption and control on your ride. This version of the FOX 36 receives an update in the form of an updated crown with an revised design and engineering for more steerer tube overlap improving durability and maintaining stiffness while dropping 20 grams. MTB Fork with Float EVOL Air Spring EVOL technology increases negative air spring volume, optimising small bump sensitivity. EVOL’s linear spring curve delivers plushness off the top, extra mid-stroke support, and more tuneable bottom-out progression. The benefits of EVOL are further enhanced by Fox Suspension's Lower Leg channels and Bleeders, which both function to reduce air pressure captured in the lower legs, allowing the EVOL air spring to operate freely without unintended interference. GRIP2 Damper Fox Suspension's GRIP2 damper is the benchmark for unparalleled ride quality and ultra-precise adjustability. GRIP2 includes the brand's patented Variable Valve Control (VVC) technology which allows for external fine-tuning of suspension performance. GRIP2 achieves with the twist of a knob what typically requires the time-consuming and complicated task of completely disassembling and reassembling the fork. Technologies: Factory Series: “Factory” says it all – feature-packed and designed to exceed the demands of Factory-level riders. What we sell is what they race. Factory Series products feature slippery smooth, ultra-durable Genuine Kashima Coat. Adjustments: High-speed compression (with VVC) 8 clicks. Low-speed compression 16 clicks. High-speed rebound (with VVC) 8 clicks. Low-speed rebound 16 clicks. Floating Axle: Floating axles might look similar to other axles, but in fact they offer a distinct performance advantage due to their unique ability to match the exact width of the fork’s wheel mounting surface precisely to the front hub flange spacing, thus creating perfect chassis alignment and eliminating unwanted friction between the upper and lower fork legs. Floating axles provide much smoother suspension movement throughout the entire range of the fork’s travel, notably improving sensitivity and overall ride quality. The all-new 36 and 38 come equipped with a new quick-release lever operated patent-pending floating axle system, combining the benefit of a floating axle with the ease of a tool-free quick-release. With this system, spacing is locked in via a floating sleeve, allowing repeated front wheel removal and reinstallation while maintaining perfect fork alignment. Floating sleeve positioning comes preset from the factory so if you are unsure of how to operate the floating axle system or simply don’t want to bother with it, you can just install the front wheel and get on with your ride. Lower Leg Bypass Channels: As a fork compresses, the air volume within the lower legs decreases, increasing air pressure. The more the fork compresses, the more pressure increases. This effect can have the unintended consequence of preventing full travel from being achieved. Fox Suspension's lower leg channels help alleviate this issue by dramatically increasing air volume within the lower legs and thereby reducing the amount of additional unintended pressure ramping. Another benefit of these channels is that lower leg bath oil is circulated to the upper reaches of the lower legs, continuously lubricating the foam rings and bushings as the fork compresses and extends through its travel. Bleeders: Fox Suspension's lower leg bleeders allow for atmospheric pressure equalization at the simple press of a button. Pressure build-up in the lower legs dramatically decreases fork performance, preventing full travel from being achieved, and diminishing small bump sensitivity and responsiveness. Lower Leg Arch: Stiffness-to-weight is the ultimate metric for bicycle design. Engineers invest countless hours poring over every ounce of material in an effort to optimize this critical ratio. Fox Suspension's all-new lower leg design pulls out all the stops, shaving every possible gram while making sure not to compromise stiffness or strength requirements of modern enduro and gravity style riding. Modern frame designs and geometry trends require modern suspension design solutions. The arch design of the updated 36, 38, and 40 models are designed to pair perfectly with modern Enduro and Downhill bikes. Head tube profiles have grown larger and larger, and fork offsets shorter and shorter. Fox Suspension's new arch shape takes this need into account by jutting forward to provide ample headtube clearance at full compression. State-of-the-art computer modeling techniques helped us to create an organic lower leg shape that optimizes stiffness with the absolute minimal amount of material.

Shimano Dura-Ace R9270 C50 Carbon CL Disc Wheel Black 700c Wheel Sets
  • £739.99

Perfect for flatter courses and time trials, the Dura-Ace C60 prioritizes aerodynamic efficiency and lateral rigidity. The new hub design, stiffer spokes, and deep-section rim are designed specifically to allow you to push harder in corners and ensure that every bit of your effort is translated into forward motion. Like the entire Dura-Ace wheel family, the new C60 started with a blank slate. Different from the C36 and C50, the C60 has a specific front hub design using Shimano's OPTBAL 2:1 spoke pattern to enhance lateral rigidity. The C60 also receives stiffer spokes, 1.8 mm instead of 1.5 mm. Tested by our professional athletes, this focus on the lateral rigidity of C60 allows you to push harder in corners and when manoeuvring at higher speeds. Lastly, the new wind-tunnel tested, deep-section rims feature a faster, more stable cross-section that time trialists, triathletes, and sprinters alike will enjoy. Centre-Lock Disc Rotor Mount The Centre Lock system makes an easy rotor installation possible with a spline mount and a lock ring. The lock ring mounting system reduces the total working hours by shortening the amount of time of both installation and de-installation. In addition, the secure fixing by the spline mount enhances precision and rigidity while improving braking efficiency. D2 Aerodynamic Rim Profile Aerodynamic performance is affected by wind direction. To create the D2 rim, Shimano engineers considered both frontal and crosswinds, aiming to achieve optimal performance in real-world riding conditions. Extensive prototype testing, in the wind tunnel and on the road, proved that a wide rim shape with a deep tire bed performs best across a wide range of conditions. At yaw angles ranging from 0 to 15 degrees, the Shimano D2 rim profile reduces air drag better than others aero shape rims. This rim design also boosts lateral wheel stiffness and offers improved vertical compliance for increased control, comfort and durability on the road. Rear Wheel OPTBAL Spoke System The OPTBAL rear wheel spoke system features 21 spokes—14 on the drive side and 7 on the non-drive side. Cassette spacing in today’s wheels produces unbalanced tension in traditional 1:1 spoke systems. This unbalance is intensified with the 11-speed cassette, producing nearly double the tension on the drive side spokes. Generally, high and low tension spokes have respectively tendency toward breaking down and coming loose spoke nipples. Unbalanced tension affects durability and strength. The OPTBAL design rebalances spoke tension, enhancing wheel rigidity and strength for a more durable wheel. Shimano E-Thru Axle System The tool-less type thru-axle skewer system optimizes rigidity and weight balance and enables easy operation with a reliable internal cam mechanism. The 15 mm thru-axle system is 15% stiffer torsionally and 25% stiffer in transverse shear than a traditional 9 mm quick release front axle system. High rigidity is secured while keeping the optimum weight balance. The E-Thru axle hub system minimizes the distortion of suspension while maintaining lightweight for riding around sharp corners at high speed.

Shimano Dura-Ace R9270 C50 Carbon CL Disc Wheel Wheel Sets
  • £739.99

The all-rounder of the new Dura-Ace wheel lineup, the C50 is both lighter than the previous C40 model and nearly as aerodynamic as the previous C60. It's a wheelset at home in a wide range of conditions. From time trials to criteriums, on rolling terrain or attempting a personal best, the new C50 is the ideal wheel for spirited road riding. The perfect blend of low weight and aerodynamic performance, the all-new Dura-Ace C50 features an updated all-carbon tubeless rim and new hub design that drops weight while enhancing rigidity. Centre-Lock Disc Rotor Mount The Centre Lock system makes an easy rotor installation possible with a spline mount and a lock ring. Zipp 303 Firecrest Carbon Tubeless Disc Rear Wheel Back Wheels
  • £739.99
  • RRP £915.99
  • Saving you £19

Zipp has equipped this model with tubeless tyre compatibility, so you can enjoy the benefits of superior stability and control as well as a lighter overall weight. Another highlight of this version is its disc brake compatibility, which means that you'll benefit from powerful and consistent braking performance during the most unpredictable of road conditions. Zipp’s 303 Firecrest Tubeless Disc-brake rear wheel is designed for the real world… a world of imperfect conditions, road surfaces, and elements where the bottom line is simple. Efficiency = speed. It’s faster, lighter, and more capable over varied terrain—whether the surface is pavement in all its conditions or no pavement at all. Deeply rooted in Zipp’s drive to conquer the Spring Classics, the 303 Firecrest is remade with a purpose-made approach for the demands of modern road bikes. When it comes to going fast on a bicycle, efficiency means reduced: Wind resistance, rolling resistance, rider fatigue, weight. Designed using real-world direct measurements (vs. primarily wind tunnel or computer simulation). The results were huge. Its rim is slightly more bulbous in design than its predecessor, with a 30mm outside width, a 25mm internal width, and a 40mm rim depth. The profile provides low drag and an improved transition between rim and tyre, boosting aero efficiency on the road. The wide rim stance also features less tyre deflection for reduced rolling resistance. The combination of the wider tyre, increased tyre volume, and lower tyre pressure helps to reduce rider fatigue by smoothing out the ride over imperfect pavement and road conditions—the tyre and wheel system absorbs the shaking, not the rider. At the centre of the 303 Firecrest Tubeless Disc brake rear wheel is a versatile and durable hubset, the German-engineered ZR1 DB. This hubset features 66 points of engagement for quicker response. The 303 Firecrest Tubeless Disc-brake rear wheel is for dedicated cyclists who aspire to the latest in technology. Its competitors… in races, against peers, or simply conquering personal limits. This is about becoming faster and matching your motivation to the most advanced technology. Fox Suspension 36 Float Performace E-Optimized Grip Fork Suspension Forks
  • £709.99
  • RRP £969.00
  • Saving you £27

No stranger to winning awards, accolades and Enduro World Series (EWS) races, this E-MTB suspension fork is built to perform everywhere from big backcountry routes to the EWS circuit. Featuring a new design inside-and-out, this model is part of Fox Suspension's Performance Series and includes an anodised finish on its upper tubes for extra protection against wear and corrosion. It's also equipped with Boost axle spacing for additional stiffness, making it ideal for modern enduro riding. Coming complete with a Float EVOL air spring and a GRIP damper with three-position on-the-fly adjustability, this E-bike-ready fork provides a wide range of customisation, so you can benefit from a more rider-tuned feel. E-MTB Fork with FIT GRIP Damper Inspired from moto, the GRIP damper uses Fox Suspension's FIT sealed cartridge technology combined with a coil-sprung, independent floating piston. GRIP allows excess oil to purge through specially designed ports at the top of the damper to maintain consistent damping and increase durability. Float EVOL Air Spring EVOL technology increases negative air spring volume, optimising small bump sensitivity. EVOL’s linear spring curve delivers plushness off the top, extra mid-stroke support, and more tuneable bottom-out progression. The benefits of EVOL are further enhanced by Fox Suspension's Lower Leg channels and Bleeders (push-button bleeders available separately, which both function to reduce air pressure captured in the lower legs, allowing the EVOL air spring to operate freely without unintended interference. Technologies: Performance Series: Performance Series forks retain the same black anodized 7000 series aluminum upper tubes as Performance Elite, except paired with a GRIP damper. Push-button bleeders are not included but can be purchased separately. Adjustments: Three on-the-fly compression damping positions Open, Medium, Firm. Additional micro-adjust between settings Detents. Low-speed rebound 10 clicks. Lower Leg Arch: Stiffness-to-weight is the ultimate metric for bicycle design. Engineers invest countless hours poring over every ounce of material in an effort to optimize this critical ratio. Fox Suspension's lower leg design pulls out all the stops, shaving every possible gram while making sure not to compromise stiffness or strength requirements of modern enduro and gravity style riding. Modern frame designs and geometry trends require modern suspension design solutions. The arch design of the all-new 36, 38, and 40 is designed to pair perfectly with modern Enduro and Downhill bikes. Head tube profiles have grown larger and larger, and fork offsets shorter and shorter. Fox Suspension's arch shape takes this need into account by jutting forward to provide ample headtube clearance at full compression. State-of-the-art computer modeling techniques helped us to create an organic lower leg shape that optimizes stiffness with the absolute minimal amount of material. - Increased crown diameter to match modern frame shape profiles. - Optional mudguard with sturdy 4-point direct-mount attachment protects upper tubes and dust wipers from dirt and debris. This kit optimises your Giga 290 into a custom super-enduro that ensures more front-end grip, enhanced rolling efficiency and playfulness on steep descents and technical terrain sections. GLUTTONY – HABITUAL GREED OR EXCESS. As riders, we are all guilty of the gluttonous sin; we never stop striving, never stop pushing, enough is never enough in the hunt for the ultimate. It’s a constant push for bigger, longer, rougher, and faster with ever-increasing demands on the performance and capabilities of our bike. The pursuit is endless, and the result is that the Giga is now available in an all-new 297 MX platform. This Nukeproof Giga 297c MX kit includes everything you need* to convert a 290c Giga frame into a 297c MX bike, running a 29” front and 27.5” rear wheel. Why would you want to do that? A mixed wheel set-up uses a 29” wheel up front to maximise grip and rolling efficiency and replaces the 29” with a 27.5” wheel out back. The smaller 27.5” rear wheel ensures nimble handling and extra clearance for riders when leaning off the back of the bike (Especially on steep terrain). No additional frame parts are needed to install the Giga MX Kit. All current Giga 290 frame parts will transfer to the MX Kit when installing as shown in the Install Guide. Note: You will require a Boost 148mm 27.5” Rear wheel and tyre, not included. New gear cable and brake olive and barb will be required in most cases. The Nukeproof GIGA: Gluttony is not a sin. As a result, the geometry remains the same. For exact geometry please reference the GEO’ chart.  - Can I fit this myself at home? Yes, using the linked Install Guide and you are a competent mechanic with the correct tools and the know-how for using them. Due to the complex nature of a full-suspension frame, there are a lot of moving parts that must be installed and assembled in the correct order. It is also imperative that the correct parts are greased, thread locked or torqued to specification. Failure to do so would void the warranty of the frame.
