The Lifeline Pro Bike Workstand was born out of a motivation to make a professional level workstand for the home mechanic. Designed and developed by our UK based team of engineers- setting out to make the ultimate pro-level bike stand with minimal compromise. The Pro Bike Workstand is designed to be robust, gentle on the bike, easy to use and importantly not take up too much space when in storage. Essentially, it’s a workstand our team want to use and would purchase themselves. The key feature of the Pro Bike Workstand is its unique head. This works using a compression fit cup and cone locking mechanism. In development and during prototyping we tested multiple variations with the aim of offering the best all-round design. It offers great rotation ensuring easy access to the bike and has been manufactured to be robust use after use. The dual cantilever jaw creates a secure and cushioned lock to hold and protect your frame. The rubber inserts can easily be removed, with replacements available to keep the stand in perfect condition during ownership. Bearings at the top of the jaw and rear of the head make for smooth operation. This is a really important feature when you’re taking the bike in and out of the stand or making adjustments in the stand. Because it’s been developed 100% in-house every bolt and bearing has been rigorously tested and specified to our requirements. To optimise performance and durability we have used a mix of materials throughout the stand. The tubing for example is a mix of steel and aluminium to ensure maximum strength for minimum weight. The tubing is a nonstandard gauge to ensure the Pro Bike Workstand cater for bikes up to 40KG (most E-Bikes). We’ve also got a wide footprint to give greater stability for this weight (1m²). In rigorous testing, an important factor was to ensure the Pro Bike Workstand was optimised for both tall and short mechanics. We think we’ve achieved this and have height adjustment from 120cm – 198cm ensuring no matter what your height is, you’re comfortable when working on the bike The workstand comes fully furnished with a handy tool tray that is easily mounted. As well as numerous compartments it also includes a magnetic section to ensure all those vital small metallic parts stay in one place!
This fork-mount workstand is a well built and affordable maintenance stand for the home mechanic. To mount your bike, you only need to remove your bike's front wheel and mount the fork into the multi-axle compatible sliding jaw-mount. Your bike will now be held securely and stable throughout use. Fully Adjustable Stand Height and Rotating Platform With a fully adjustable height and a platform that rotates 360-degrees, this stand enables you to position the bike how you want and provides greater comfort as you get to work on your bike. Plus, the stand features a rigid tripod design with balancing cup feet to keep your pride and joy upright. And, when not in use it conveniently folds down for easy storage.

The Prep Stand holds your bike securely in place while the Workshop Mat ensures your floor stays clean and free of contaminants. The stand folds away for compact storage and easy transportation and the legs fold out and lock at a wide angle to create a large stable platform to work from. 3 Quick release levers quickly lock the stand in the desired position and the adjustable clamp will fit a wide range of frame tube shapes/sizes or seatpost diameters. Clamp pressure can be easily adjusted to prevent damage occurring to any fragile thin tubing and the multi angle adjustable clamp arm rotates 360 degrees so will adjust to fit any bike or component.
The LifeLine Workshop Prep holds your bike securely, making the job of cleaning and maintaining your bike easier than ever. The adjustable jaws feature clearance for cables making it easy to adjust gears and brakes while the bike is mounted in the stand. The shape of the jaws is specially designed to fit multiple tube shapes. The cam locking lever makes mounting the bike easy and allows adjustment of the clamping force to prevent damage t fragile frame tubes. The head is adjustable in all directions allowing for easy access to all parts of the bike.
The stand folds out on to four legs complete with stabilising foot cups. There's a tray with a handy magnetic compartment to keep small bits safe while you work on the bike. The clamping head rotates and locks the bike in position allowing you to attach via the top tube or the seat post depending on how you want to work. The stand is simple and stable and extends up to 175cm high. The stand comes complete with a handlebar stabiliser keeping your bars and front wheel locked in place whilst you work. Compatibility The 104 is intended for stands with a vertical upright tube. If the 104 tray is fitted to tubes of the tilted PCS-9 and PCS-10 stands, the tray will sit at a slight angle. The 104 tray uses a shim to fit tubes of 1-1/2" (38mm). Without the shim, it will fit tubes 1-5/8" (41mm). The 104 tray will NOT fit PRS-2 OS, PRS-3 OS, and PRS-4 OS, PCS-9, PCS-10, PCS-11, PRS-25 and PRS-15. The PRS-5 stands using a black vertical tube and mates well with the 104 tray. Pre-2002 PRS-5 models use a blue oval vertical tubing. This blue tubing has marginal but adequate contact with the 104 tray.
The LifeLine Tool Tray includes 20 tool holes and 5 parts compartments to ensure no tool is out of reach whilst you're maintaining your cycle. The LifeLine Tool Tray is ideal for anyone looking to make their maintenance setup more professional.
