Birzman's Tubeless Tyre Levers are designed specifically to make mounting tight and stubborn tyres a less painful experience. Suitable for use on both tubeless and tubed tyres, the levers clip onto the rim to help hold the mounted parts of the tyre in place. This then leaves you free to mount the rest of tyre with ease, without chasing yourself around rim trying to get the tyre to seat! The concurved edge fits snugly with the rim, enabling better engagement with the tyre bead, as well as easier tyre removal. The thin edge slips under the tyre bead easily, which is especially handy when there is a tight space between tyre bead and rim. Our new 2Bliss Ready Tire Sealant was custom-designed in partnership with a leading laboratory for tire sealants and it also underwent extensive real-world testing with our Factory Athletes. What we developed is an innovative ecological formulation that's the answer to the requirements that riders like you've been demanding. It will immediately seal punctures up to 6mm whether it be on a road or mountain tire as well as across global temperatures [-20° to 70°C]. Natural micro holes in the sidewalls will seal well and the system is safe for use with latex inner tubes even inside tubulars. Please note that this sealant is ammonium- protein- and latex-free so it holds no potential for allergic reactions and there's no risk of it creating damage to bike parts. Put an end to snapped tyre levers and sore thumbs. Installing tyres can sometimes be a struggle, even after pushing the tyre beads into the centre of the rim and working the bead with a tyre lever, some rim/tyre combinations just won’t budge. The LifeLine Tyre fitting tool makes light work of tight tyre beads; simply position the slotted jaw onto the opposing rim and place the hook under the stubborn bead, then roll the bead over the rim into place.
The tread pattern features long centre lugs that offer exceptionally fast-rolling speed, while the micro knurling across the surface provides extra traction making them perfect for street & park use. The durable tread pattern wraps around the entire surface of the tyre to protect the sidewall when grinding and provides additional traction when performing sharp turns and tricky manoeuvres. Characteristics Made of polyester: the best material for technical tapes, with very high mechanical properties. Stable: it easily conforms to rim shapes and has low memory (it doesn’t ‘spring back’ once put down in the rim channel). Adhesive Strength: State of the art. The adhesive can stick to silicone-treated paper and is much more tolerant to less than perfect rim cleaning before tape application Sealed: to preserve the tape properties and to underline its "technical product" status, each tape is now contained into a re-sealable bag.
When the damage size exceeds the maximum sealable by normal tyre sealants (around 5mm) and Caffélatex sealant escapes the hole without repairing it. ZOT! can be injected through the damage then the catalyzed Caffélatex will then be able to repair damages up to 10mm (well above the capacity of any liquid sealant). Caffelatex ZOT! Nano 10ml is the new improved formula of the original ZOT! 30ml. The Caffelatex specific catalyser is contained inside a small, flexible blister ending with a 1cm long x 1mm-diameter metal needle, activating Caffelatex (or Espresso) with surgical precision even on sensitive high-pressure tyres/tubulars. Instructions Caffélatex has to be liquid inside the tyre when the puncture occurs (ZOT! by itself has no sealing properties, it simply accelerates Caffélatex solidification). While ZOT! + Caffélatex can also work on tyre and inner tube setups, tubeless or tubeless-converted tyres are the easiest to work with. Tubulars with a tubular-tubeless construction (where the inner tube is integrated in the casing, like Tufos) are the easiest to work with. Inserting the tip of ZOT! bottle and squeezing it inside the tyre damage will instantly solidify Caffélatex, sealing holes. WARNING: simply pouring ZOT! on the outside of the tyre, won’t fix major damages. For maximum results, insert ZOT! bottle tip slightly inside the casing through the cut (to create a physical plug of solid Caffélatex inside the tyre). ZOT! solidifies Caffélatex locally, without compromising its normal lifespan inside the tyre. ZOT! has been engineered to work specifically with Caffélatex sealant formula.
