Made to meet the demands of downhill and enduro racing, it does a sterling job in keeping your tubes protected as you take on the most daring descents and trails. One 10-metre roll will be enough tape to cater for 4x 29” wheels. One layer with a 4” overlap is all that is required to tape your wheel for tubeless setup. We recommend using a tape which is 2 – 3mm wider than your inner rim width. Instructions for Use Remove any old tape and sealant residue Ensure rim is clean and dry Start opposite the valve hole and maintain tension as you apply tape Work air bubbles out as you tape the wheel (Push them out via the spoke holes) Apply one layer of tape with a 4" overlap Ensure all air bubbles have been removed and tape is fully stuck right out to the edges of the rim Pierce a small hole and insert your valve

Unlike other tyre sealants, Stan's No Tubes Tyre Sealant is a very thin, low viscosity liquid that coats the inside of the tyre and carries with it specially formulated sealing crystals. The low viscous nature allows the sealant to quickly reach the puncture site and the crystals aid in sealing large holes, something that thicker or foaming style sealants cannot claim. This rim strip will fit most downhill rims measuring 36mm to 39mm wide. Moulded rim strips are equipped with 32mm removable core Schrader valve stems.
The kit contains 5 thick and 5 thin seals depending on the size of the tyre gash. Mark the area with the crayon, clean the hole with the reamer, fill the hole with the rubber adhesive, then insert your seal with the claw tool. Remove the claw tool and cut off the excess seal with the knife.
