Indoor training is a great way to maintain strength and stamina during the off-season, or a convenient way to supplement your regular training as you increase your distances and lower your times. The LifeLine TT-01 cycle trainer fits 26” mtb wheels, through to 700c road wheels and is supplied with a riser block to keep your front wheel level for a natural riding stance. The resistance dial mounts to your handlebar for instant control of your workout intensity, combine it with your bikes gears to simulate him climbs and sprints. The skewer mount fits both 130mm road bike rear spacing and 135mm mountain bike (MTB) spacing for use with a wide variety of bikes. The trainer is not compatible with bikes that use 12mm thru-axles. The folding a-frame design is ideal for storage and transport, so you can pack it away after use or take it with you to warm up before your event. The Lifeline TT-01 is now in the Zwift classic trainer hardware list. The Zwift team have configured the power curve to Zwift software and so with the addition of a speed and cadence sensor and ANT+ stick (sold separately) you can now ride the trainer on Zwift with improved accuracy. Click here to view the Lifeline Magnetic Turbo Trainer Instructions (.pdf) Additional options have recently been added to the Lifeline TT-01 page- the Klarfit Trainer in Grey and Black. This trainer comes with the same resistance unit as the TT-01 and has the same frame. The only difference is the axle mounting mechanism is slightly different. Please refer to image 6. Please Note: This is not a smart turbo trainer, to connect to training programs such as Zwift, Bluetooth/ANT+ speed and cadence sensors much be purchased separately

POWERbreathe uses the basic principles of resistance training. Within a few days of using this drug-free, easy-to-use hand-held device, your breathing muscles will feel stronger and within 3-weeks you’ll feel less breathless. Within 4 weeks activities, exercise and sports will feel easier. Use and Care: POWERbreathe uses the basic principles of resistance training. Just as you might use weights to strengthen your arm muscles, breathing in through POWERbreathe against the medium, variable resistance makes your breathing muscles work harder - thereby increasing their strength and endurance. Simply put the nose-clip on so that it pushes your nostrils together and then breathe in through the POWERbreathe (use a little extra effort than you would to breathe normally), and the device will do the rest. Improvement in breathing efficiency can be seen in as little as 4-weeks. Comes with full instructions. Laboratory Proven Training Regimen: Twice a day simply breathe 30 times through the device against the adjustable resistance. It takes less than 5-minutes. As your breathing muscle strength improves, simply adjust and increase the resistance as you would with any other form of exercise. Within a few days your inspiratory muscles will feel stronger and within 3-weeks you’ll feel less breathless. Within 4 weeks activities, exercise and sports will feel easier. Inspiratory muscle training (breathing muscle training), such as training with POWERbreathe, is not recommended for patients with a history of spontaneous pneumothorax (a collapsed lung that was not due to traumatic injury e.g. broken rib), as it may lead to a recurrence of the condition. Following a traumatic pneumothorax and/or broken rib, POWERbreathe should not be used prior to full recovery. Inspiratory muscle training is not suitable for asthma patients who have low symptom perception and who suffer from frequent sever exacerbations. Inspiratory muscle training is not suitable for anyone who has recently experienced a perforated eardrum. Anyone who is under the age of 16 should only use POWERbreathe with supervision from an adult.
