The Park Tool CCP-22 uses a long comfortable handle and extra fine thread that provides the needed leverage to remove even the tightest cranks. The Park Tool CCP-44 is specifically designed to remove crank arms from splined Shimano® Octalink and ISIS Drive® bottom bracket spindles that do not use a self-extracting system.
Feed the guide cable through your frame using the magnet on your multi tool and the magnet on the guide cable to pass from exit to insert point. Then attach the correct asaptor from the multi tool to your cable that requires routing. Attach the magnet adaptor to this cable and connect the guide cable to the routing cable. Then simply drag the routing cable back through the frame by pulling on the guide cable. Sound tricky? It's really not.
