The TL-FC38 from Shimano has been constructed from hardened steel for durability and to provide a solid engagement when working on your Shimano drivetrain. The Shimano tool is needed for the installation and removal of the O-Ring holder and chainring on the Shimano Steps chainring (SM-CRE60).
