The LifeLine Pro Crown Race Setting Tool is very simple to use. Instructions: Slide your crown race down your steerer tube. Apply a small amount of anti seize to the undersid of the crown race. Select the appropriate sized insert and place it on the crown race. Use a hammer and tap the end cap on the tube to seat the race into its proper place.

Feed the guide cable through your frame using the magnet on your multi tool and the magnet on the guide cable to pass from exit to insert point. Then attach the correct asaptor from the multi tool to your cable that requires routing. Attach the magnet adaptor to this cable and connect the guide cable to the routing cable. Then simply drag the routing cable back through the frame by pulling on the guide cable. Sound tricky? It's really not.
