This RWS MTB Plug-in Thru Axle from DT Swiss has been specially designed for use with a Boost hub-spaced frame and is stiffer, stronger and safer than traditional thru-axles. The added benefit of the plug-in system means once you have your wheel in place and axle tightened, the lever can be unplugged and stored in your backpack or pocket for safety and security. With the lever stored away from the axle, you won't have to worry about it being caught on stray twigs or branches when shredding the trails. The removable lever also acts as a deterrent from wheel theft.
The HUSKE (Hub Standards Keep Evolving) is a universal fork mount that handles the most common fork mount standards of today and tomorrow. Interchangeable plugs that fit into an anodized aluminium extrusion (sold separately) and are also available for other hub standards, including 9x100mm Quick Release, 15mmx100 Thru-Axle, and 15mmx110 Thru-Axle (Boost), with more sizes to come in the near future.

This DT Swiss RWS rear thru-axle optimises the DT Swiss wheel/hub to frame system. Unique to DT Swiss, this boost-compatible mountain bike (MTB) axle mounting system is stiffer, safer and easier to use than most other options available on the market.
Unlike the standard bolt-thru axle, this version has an easy to use solid twist lever. There's no need to twist and back off to get a clamping mechanism working, simply twist the lever until your wheel is solidly locked in place. The lever sits on splines and can engaged/disengaged to set the lever in your desired position once tightened in place.
