The bar tape is extra thick and wide compared to standard tape, meaning it provides far more comfort and can cover wide and flared gravel-specific drop bars as well as standard drops. The 100% silicone compound is the same that Wolf Tooth uses for its Fat Paw Grips, which are renowned in the mountain biking community for their vibration dampening qualities. The extra tacky texture provides ample grip with or without gloves in all weather conditions. It also helps the tape stick to the bars without the usual adhesive backing common on regular bar tape. The Supreme uses WTP's Q-Lite inverted system. The Q-Lite system uses pawls and springs inside of the hub body, instead of on the driver. This allows us to double the amount of pawls, which not only makes the hub much more reliable, but also puts less stress on the pawls and springs, allowing the hub to roll smoother and for longer.
