The new-for-2020 Sanremo RoS Thermosuit brings together two of our most functional and comfortable products: the upper part is based on the Perfetto RoS Long Sleeve jacket, while from the waist down you get the new Sorpasso RoS Tight. |If you're reading this then you're probably already familiar with both of those products, which offer our best mix of warmth, comfort, and protection from wind and light rain while remaining light and breathable. By literally joining these two products at the waist, we add a bit of comfort by eliminating some layers at the waist while also preventing cold air from coming in. Keeping the air out allows you to dress lighter. And, of course, in the stealth black colorway it looks like you mean business when you show up to the January group ride. What It Is Combining two of our best-performing products, the Perfetto RoS Long Sleeve with the Sorpasso RoS Bibtight, this suit brings our widest range of winter riding comfort. Why go for the one-piece suit? Eliminating the layers around the waist and the bib straps brings extra comfort, and the lack of an opening at the waist keeps you warmer by preventing cold air from coming in. The Sorpasso RoS Bibtight from Castelli is made for long ride in the widest range of conditions. The tight features the ultra-stretchy, warm and water repellent Nano Flex 3G fabric. The fabric uses the third generation of Castellis nanotechnology fabric treatment that adds a high level of water repellency without affecting breathability, stretch or warmth. On the thighs and rear of the tights there are panels of Nano Flex Xtra Dry fabric to provide a bit more wind protection and warmth, as well as protection from any road spray. Designed to keep you dry in cool weather. The Prosecco Tech Long Sleeve base layer features a body mapping construction to provide the best wicking and correct levels of insulation right where you need it. The main body is made from a rib knit fabric with Prosecco hydrophilic treatment. The ribbing helps trap air against your skin for optimum temperature regulation, while the hydrophilic treatment helps whip water away keeping you dry even when the efforts intensify. For even insulation across your upper body the Prosecco Tech uses PrimaLoft panels at the waist and back. This thinner material means you dont overheat where you have multiple layers from your bibtights and jersey. A crew neck fits neatly under short-collared jerseys. Key Features 100% polyester proprietary stretch rib knit fabric for main body Prosecco hydrophilic treatment for maximum wicking PrimaLoft panels at waist and back where bibtight covers upper body for even insulation Crew neck closure to fit under short-collared jerseys 6 16C / 43 61F Weight: 151g (Large)
Warm, stretchy, and water-repellent. The Tutto Nano RoS Womens Jersey is the ideal mix for a spring and autumn jersey. Castelli make the Tutto Nano from the same Nano Flex 3G fabric it uses for its warmers and Sorpasso tights. The high-stretch fabric creates a close-to-body fit that moves with you and does no flap, which in turn helps keep you warm. The fabric has Castellis proprietary nanotechnology water-repellent treatments. On dry days you wont notice it, but when the rain comes you will stay drier than in a normal thermal jersey and be able to get by for longer without having to reach for a jacket. When it comes to breathability, the Tutto Nano strikes a perfect midpoint between thermal jerseys and the water-repellent GORE-TEX jackets in Castellis RoS line-up. The Tutto Nano fabric is a tighter knit than the fabric used in thermal jerseys so it lets less air through keeping you warmer, but it is also more ventilating than GORE-TEX so you dont overheat when the temperature does begin to rise. Castellis attention to detail extends throughout. There is 360 reflectivity thanks to panels on the shoulders and lower back, a YKK zipper with a rubberised pull, and an elastic silicone gripper at the waist holds jersey in place. Key Features Nano Flex 3G fabric features warm brushed fleece inside with 20% elastane for stretch and Castellis Nano Flex water-repellent finish 3 rear pockets Reflective fabric inserts at shoulder and central pocket YKK Vislon zipper Embossed logo 12 18C / 54 64F Weight: 301g (Small)

The long-sleeve Gabba is one of our most versatile pieces. 100% wind protection with GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® water protection and best-in-class breathability. With a light base layer it's good for mild temperatures, or with a thermal layer you can ride it below freezing. If you have just one jacket in your cycling wardrobe, this should be it. Castelli-exclusive GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® 205 Warm brushed water-resistant fabric on front-facing surfaces GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® 203 Stretch on rear-facing surfaces for greater stretch and breathability Taped shoulder seams for extra rain protection Top- and bottom-opening YKK® Vislon® zipper for easy sliding, covered for additional wind and rain protection Zippered ventilation opening on side of chest 3 rear pockets Reflective panel at bottom of pockets The Perfetto RoS 2 is the one jacket that does everything well. If you look carefully, the Perfetto RoS 2 Jacket is essentially a long-sleeve version of the Gabba RoS 2. So it's just a warmer Gabba? Not really. The full sleeves fully turn it into a jacket, but one that covers a wide range of conditions. Like the Gabba, the RoS insignia signifies that it excels in dry conditions thanks to the high breathability, as well as in wet conditions thanks to the Castelli-exclusive GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® fabrics. There's a light fleece-lined water-resistant version on the forward-facing surfaces and a lighter and stretchier fabric on the back that maximizes the breathability while providing excellent water repellency. The Perfetto RoS 2 Jacket keeps all the cold wind out while being much more breathable than the typical polyurethane membranes used on most jackets that try to compete with the Perfetto. When you stay drier, you don't need as many layers underneath. The beauty of this jacket is that it doesn't have any insulation on its own, so a thin base layer is just right for mild conditions, while adding an insulating layer (a thermal jersey or Castelli's Alpha 2nd Layer) will take you to cold temperatures. You decide. The 2 part of the name refers to the updates to the latest version, including a YKK® Vislon® zipper with both top and bottom openings for more adjustable ventilation. The reflectivity on the back is more visible, the seam at the top of the shoulder has been moved to the back, and the three pockets hold more gear. While the Perfetto remains decidedly a performance fit, the new model has a touch more room through the chest, shoulder, and biceps. This is the one jacket that belongs in every cyclist's quiver.
This is the original jacket/jersey that started an entire new product class: the Gabba. It's a water-resistant short-sleeve jacket that's equally ideal for dry conditions. Made to be worn with our Nano Flex arm warmers, it allows you to keep your core warm without overheating. The 5th generation of the Gabba, from the inventors of the Gabba Now more water-resistant than ever Castelli-exclusive GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® 205 Warm brushed water-resistant fabric on front-facing surfaces GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® 203 Stretch on rear-facing surfaces for greater stretch and breathability Taped shoulder seams for extra rain protection Top- and bottom-opening YKK® Vislon® zipper for easy sliding, covered for additional wind and rain protection 3 rear pockets Reflective panel at bottom of pockets In 2010 Castelli introduced the Gabba to the pros and changed the way pros race in the rain and cold. And the way they dress for cool-weather training. The Gabba also happens to be the perfect cool-weather piece for all the non-pro cyclists out there because of how it keeps your core warm and dry while not being too hot. The latest Gabba is the fifth generation, and this current version is essentially waterproof while maintaining the breathability and wind protection that have always made the Gabba so good. It uses two separate Castelli-exclusive GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® fabrics: warmer and 100% waterproof over the front, shoulders, and sleeves, along with a lighter, more breathable, and stretchier fabric on the back that is sufficiently protective against the water that hits your back. Typically, we'll layer the Gabba over a sleeveless base layer and short-sleeve jersey, and pair it with Nano Flex arm warmers for cooler and/or wet conditions, or Seamless warmers for mild conditions. The Gabba RoS 2 is a must-have for autumn and spring riding.
