Track Running The track running profile provides the most accurate distance and pace metrics when running on a 400m track. Pressing the lap button during a track session will snap intervals to the nearest 100m, resulting in the most accurate metrics. iOS Music Control Control music on iOS devices from the ELEMNT RIVAL. Play, skip, pause, and adjust the volume when a device is paired, but out of reach. Planned Workouts Perform planned workouts directly on ELEMNT RIVAL. This feature includes TrainingPeaks integration as well as 12 prebuilt Wahoo Sports Science workouts. The week's workouts will automatically sync to ELEMNT RIVAL, allowing you to manage swimming, cycling, and running workouts. Get prompted at the start of each interval to stay on target. KICKR Headwind Control During indoor workouts, ELEMNT RIVAL can control the KICKR HEADWIND smart fan in three modes: heart rate response, speed simulation, and low-med-hi settings. ELEMNT Companion App The ELEMNT Rival watch works seamlessly with the ELEMNT Companion app to customise settings, configure workout pages and to link sensors. The simple to use app can be used on your smartphone, synced with the watch, to store your ride history and automatically syncs workouts to your favourite training apps. Designed to Perform Built to perform during extreme conditions, the watch comes with a high contrast colour screen that is easy to see in any environment. The watch is focused on the athlete and makes it easier than ever to workout or race. Touchless Transition Always keep your focus with the Touchless Transition feature which automatically transitions the ELEMNT Rival between legs of a triathlon. Multisport Handover You can set up the Rival and ELEMNT Bike Computer to automatically share data between devices during a triathlon – allowing you to see your race on both devices. Perfect View Zoom The Perfect View Zoom features allows you to zoom in and out of data fields that are most important to you. Battery Life Never worry about running out of battery. The watch provides up to 2 weeks of battery life in Smartwatch Mode, and up to 24 hours in GPS/HR mode. KICKR Control The watch can also be paired with KICKR Smart Trainers to allow you to train in three different modes: ERG, Level or Passive to just record your workout controlled by another app. Editing Workouts You can easily edit workouts via the watch. You can manually edit each leg of your triathlon or lap swim data. After the workout is synced, the athlete can modify individual legs of the triathlon by adjusting the time in that specific leg using sliders.
