TA only make their chainrings from the best 7075 T6 heat treated aluminium sheet. The teeth are cut in the traditional manner on a lathe which produces a much better and more accurate tooth form than pressing which is used by most chainring manufacturers. The Nerius 110 BCD outers are compatible with Campagnolo carbon compact square taper and Record carbon, Chorus carbon and Centaur alloy compact Ultra-Torque cranks. Nerius inners are for all compact Ultra-Torque cranks. The 5th arm is slightly offset for crank fixing while the 5th bolt hole has no recess for a bolt head as this bolts straight into the back of the crank.
