For riders with a flexible lower back, the pelvis remains in a more level stance in the cycling posture. The flat profile is designed to support weight through the sit bones in this position. A deep pressure relief channel with cut-out zone eliminates pressure on the softer tissue for extended comfort. The 140mm width has been tailored to accommodate the spacing of the sit bones with sufficient area to distribute pressure and offer comfort and stability. The shape quickly graduates to a narrow 40mm nose to eliminate interference with the inner thigh during the pedal stroke.Prime UD carbon fibre rails are engineered to deliver a weight saving advantage with calibrated stiffness for vibration damping. Prime’s seat rails also feature measurement markers.
