Featuring an integrated seal that’s pre-assembled into the cups, SRAM’s PressFit 30 bottom bracket is designed to keep out dirt and water that could cause increased wear and tear. Simple to fit, it is designed for road and mountain bike (MTB) frames with bottom bracket shells with a 46mm inner diameter and cranksets with 30mm diameters. The key difference with PressFit 30 is how the bearings are fitted into the frame. Bearings are housed in nylon cups which will be pressed into the frames bottom bracket shell.
