  • £7.99

Developed alongside World Cup mechanics and world champion racers. Peaty's Holeshot Tubeless Sealant is packed full of biodegradable fibres & sealing particles to give a fast and strong seal. Using the latest fast-acting latex, our water-based sealant is ammonia-free, non-hazardous and lasts up to 6 months in the tyre in temperate climates*. It won't ball up in the tyre and is easily washed out. Our biodegradable fibres and particles bind together with the fast-acting latex to create a clot (like platelets in your blood) to quickly & effectively seal holes and tears up to 6mm.Key FeaturesBiodegradable sealing fibres.,Biodegradable platelets.,CO2 compatible.,Seals up to 6mm holes.,Operating pressures: 15 to 120 psi.,Operating temperature: -20°c to +50°c.,Seals porous tyres and bead/rim gaps setup..Setup Instructions:Always ensure you have tubeless ready rims and tyres. For best results use with Peaty's Tubeless Rim Tape and Peaty's Tubeless Valves.1. Shake the bottle vigorously before every use to ensure an even distribution of fibres and particles.,2. Rinse away any old sealant from the tyre and dry off completely. For brand new tyres degrease, rinse and dry the internal carcass to remove factory mold release agents and other contaminants.,3. Seat your tyre onto the rim and inflate initially with no sealant, using a track pump, inflator or compressor to pop the tyre bead fully onto the rim.,4. Deflate the tyre and, with the valve at the three o'clock position, use the flexible injector pipe provided to inject the desired amount of sealant directly through the de-cored valve.,5. Re-insert the valve core and re-inflate the tyre to desired pressure.,6. Distribute the sealant around inside the tyre by spinning the wheel and tapping the tyre on the floor.,7. Listen for any air leaks and orientate the wheel so that the sealant flows around the inside of the tyre to the area required. Continue doing this until you can't hear any more air loss.,8. Wash away any excess sealant that may have found its way to the outside of the tyre or rim with water.,9. Check tyre pressures and ride!.Recommended minimum quantities per tyre:Road 30 - 45ml,CycloCross 60 - 75ml,26" MTB 60 - 80ml,27.5" MTB 70 - 90ml,29" MTB 100 - 120ml.For wider rim / tyre combinations and / or additional puncture protection we recommend adding up to 30ml more sealant to the above quantities.* Always check sealant regularly and top up as required† If a seal can't be made, add more sealant in increments as required

Peatys LinkLube All-Weather
  • £7.19
  • RRP £8.99
  • Saving you £20

Born in the lab and raised between the tapes, Peaty's Link Lube is a minty fresh, triple distilled, ultra high speed chain oil for use in all conditions. Our unique formula penetrates and cleans deep inside your chain, driving out moisture, grit and grime and replacing them with unique blend of oils and waxes (Peaty's secret sauce) to lubricate and protect. Yes, you read that correctly! Peaty's Link Lube actually cleans your chain as you use it!Application:1. Always fully degrease your drivetrain before applying fresh lube. For best results, use Peaty's Drivetrain Degreaser.2. Ensure you thoroughly wash your chain with clean water after degreasing (degreaser is designed to eat chain oil after all).3. Remove as much water as you can from the chain - a quick wipe with a clean cloth will do fine.4. Give the bottle a good shake to evenly distribute the secret sauce.5. Apply the lube while cycling the chain backwards (eBikes will need to be pedalled forwards in a stand) ensuring every link is adequately covered.6. Keep cycling the chain for 10seconds or so to help the lube work its way into your chain.7. Thoroughly wipe away all excess lube from your chain using a clean cloth (excess oil on the outside of the chain will attract dust in dry conditions).Tips:1. For wet weather conditions, leave a small amount of lube on the outside of the chain for longer-lasting protection.2. On first use with pre-used chains, you may find that your chain turns black - this is the LinkLube driving out grime from deep in your chain. Just keep riding, degreasing, lubing and repeating until your chain runs shiny clean once more! Caution - Do not get LinkLube (or any lube for that matter!) on your brakes or brake pads.

Peatys Linklube Dry 120ml Bottle
  • £7.19
  • RRP £11.99
  • Saving you £40

LinkLube Dry is a readily biodegradable wax-based chain lube for use in desert dry and dusty to mildly moist conditions. Our unique formula uses a blend of waxes suspended in a water-based emulsion to give you a long-lasting clean-running quiet chain. Looking for a lube to handle wetter weather? Check out LinkLube All Weather. ALL WEATHER VS. DRY... WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE? Linklube all weather is our one-stop chain lube for most weather conditions. While the base carrier fluid we use has fast penetrating chain cleaning properties it will never become fully dry to the touch. This can lead to unwanted dust attraction in the driest dustiest conditions so a more bespoke dry lube is required. WHY WATER? WHY WAX? Wax is the best lubricant for dry conditions because when applied correctly it will fill your links and rollers with a hard slippery coating which will last for ages on the trails and is dry to the touch - so dry dirt and dust will not stick to it. For more details on the formulation check out the 'tell me more' section below. APPLICATION When applied for the first time it is essential that linklube dry is applied to a well-degreased and dry drivetrain. If a chain is dirty then dirt and old lube take up space in the rollers preventing new lube from reaching the places it needs to and any residual oil-based lube can also result in reduced durability and premature blackening. Fully degrease before applying fresh lube to ensure there is no old chain oil present. For best results use our foaming drivetrain degreaser or in the case of brand new chains use xxx solvent degreaser to remove stubborn factory greases. Ensure you thoroughly rinse your chain with clean water after degreasing (degreaser is designed to eat chain lube after all). Allow chain to dry thoroughly before application. Apply to the inside face of the chain only. The light blue colour to the chain lube allows you to see exactly where you have and haven't applied. Keep the chain cycling for 20 seconds to help the lube penetrate fully into the pins and rollers. Check for over-application. You can tell if you over-apply linklube dry because you'll see the lube start to fill the narrow chain links. If this happens just slowly cycle through your gears a few times to transfer the excess lube onto the cassette. You'll see the lube disappear from the narrow links leaving lube only where it's needed on the chain. Leave to fully dry so the lube goes from a light blue colour to completely clear (you're waiting for the water to evaporate so leaving it in the sun helps). How long it takes for the water to evaporate - and for the lube to turn clear in colour - depends on the weather conditions. This can range from just a few minutes (if hot) to a few hours (if cold and damp). For best results apply the night before. Ride! CAUTION - Do not get LinkLube (or any lube for that matter!) on your brakes or brake pads.
