This speeds up the adsorption of the gel’s 22g of carbohydrate. It also means that you don’t have to carry multiple bulky bottles of water around with you to help wash your energy gels down. Directions for Use Consume 1-3 gels per hour to deliver approximately 60 grams of carbohydrate and maximize carbohydrate utilization rates.
