The clad steel / alloy / steel rotor construction of the Shimano ice tech rotor allows heat generated from braking to radiate quickly through the aluminium core achieving surface temperature drops of around 50 degrees C. When used with Ice Tech pads surface temperatures can drop from around 400 to 300 degrees C, this provides great improvements in performance all around. Freeza rotors allow the alloy core to extend out from the braking surface as fins to the centrelock mount adapter to provide added cooling. Ice Tech rotors achieve long pad life, less noise and less fade due to improved heat dispersion. The Shimano dura ace disc rotors are durable lightweight and rigid, using the proven centrelock system giving increased strength and security with an easy set-up. Plus, the precision cut and drilled braking surface improve pad clearing in muddy conditions while aiding cooling under high load. Finally, the large alloy spider is highly rigid and lightweight support for the rotor surface.

Shimano have adopted ICE-TECHNOLOGIES into their disc brake pad range to provide the cooling technology required for consistant performance. These pads have a "high" stopping power rating.
The Shimano bleed kit m575 bleed tool is for maintaining your Shimano M575 hydraulic disc brake system. Please Note: Shimano recommends that you only use genuine Shimano hydraulic mineral oil in Shimano hydraulic disc brakes
The Shimano M820 hydraulic brake adopts Ice Technologies for heat management including brake pads with aluminium fins. It also had adjustable free stroke and toolless reach adjustment. Plus, it's ready to combine with I-Spec B compatible gear shifters. Please Note: This brake has a 2nd generation I-spec-B lever with Post Mount type caliper
The clad steel/alloy/steel rotor construction of the Shimano SLX M7000 model allows heat generated from braking to radiate quickly through the aluminium core achieving surface temperature drops of around 50 degrees C. When used with Ice-Tech brake pads, surface temperatures can drop from around 400 to 300 degrees C. This provides great improvements in performance. Ice Tech rotors achieve long pad life, less noise and less fade due to improved heat dispersion. Plus, the rotor contact surface has been developed for excellent pad clearing and cooling which increases pad performance and life.
This superb Shimano SLX rotor is manufactured from stainless steel for durable performance with impressive stopping power. This is an ideal rotor for improving your stopping power and breathing new life into your existing disc brakes, allowing you to benefit from a more controlled riding experience.
The clad steel/alloy/steel rotor construction of the Shimano RT86 rotor allows heat generated from braking to radiate quickly through the aluminium core achieving surface temperature drops of around 50 degrees C. When used with Ice-Tec pads surface temperatures on the Shimano XT 160mm rotor can drop from around 400 to 300 degrees C, this provides great improvements in performance all around. Please Note: Rotor bolts not included
The clad steel/alloy/steel rotor construction of the Shimano XT rotor allows heat generated from braking to radiate quickly through the aluminium core achieving surface temperature drops of around 50 degrees C. When used with Ice-Tec pads surface temperatures on the Shimano Ice Tech rotor can drop from around 400 to 300 degrees C, this provides great improvements in performance all around.
It combines this with centre lock brake rotor compatibility for use with the latest disc brake systems. Durable and reliable, the M6000 is tough enough for everything from cross country and all-mountain riding, to touring and city bike use. Cup and Cone Bearings These angular contact bearings offer greater strength than sealed cartridge industrial bearings. This is due to their ability to displace lateral and vertical loads more effectively for super smooth rotation and longer durability. Angular contact bearings also allow easier maintenance, adjustability and serviceability. Centre Lock System This system makes rotor installation easy with its spline mount and a lock ring design. The lock ring mounting system reduces the total working hours by shortening the amount of time of both installation and removal. In addition, the secure fixing by the spline mount enhances precision and rigidity, while improving braking efficiency.
