When the light comes to a standstill in either mode it will reduce to 50% brightness. When the light moves again it will revert back to the setting it was previously in prior to motion mode activating. Switch between Constant/ Motion mode and ABC/Motion mode by holding the power button for 3 seconds with the light switched on. Constant / Motion Mode Constant/ Motion mode is indicated by the lights power button glowing blue. The light has 3 constant/ motion modes. Maximum output in Constant/Motion mode is 1800L. Ambient Brightness Control (ABC)/ Motion Mode ABC/ Motion mode is indicated by the lights power button glowing red. The light has 1 ABC mode and 1 Flash mode. In ABC mode the light adjusts to the ambient brightness. In complete darkness the light will be exerting 100% output/ 1800L, in dusk conditions the light will be exerting 60% output/ 1000L and in light conditions the light will be exerting 30% output/ 500L. If you don't want to use Motion Control then simply hold the power button down to toggle back to constant mode.
