Hydration is key in all disciplines but is often overlooked in open water due to the impracticalities. The Zone3 Swim Safety Buoy/Hydration Control allows you access to hydration during long swims. The body of the tow buoy is inflated to form a doughnut shape with a pocket on top and a reservoir can sit neatly into the pocket with an extension hose and bite valve for drinking.
