Halo 6D Road Disc Hub Adapters
  • £24.99

Adapter kits to change Halo 6D Road Rear Disc hubs from 130mm OLD to 135mm OLD.Option A. Use to fit a 135mm Disc frame with standard 130mm spaced cranks.(Fits most crankset spacings).Select the required Freehub option.,Select your choice of suitable disc only or universal rim.,Select the +2.5mm symmetrical adaptor kit. (LH 2.5mm and RH 2.5mm cones). ,Mount the adapter with XL bolts (supplied).,Mount an IS disc rotor..Option B. Use to fit a 135mm Disc frame with 135mm specific spaced cranks.(Use with SRAM road 135mm cranksets with 2.5mm off-set).Select the required Freehub option.,Select your choice of suitable disc only or universal rim.,Select the +5mm asymmetrical adaptor kit. (LH 1 x 5mm cone, RH use Std cone)*.,Mount the adapter with XL bolts (supplied).,Mount an IS disc rotor..Note: : this option requires the wheel to be re-dished 2.5mm towards the non-drive side to ensure more equalised spoke tensionNote:In some circumstances, if using an MTB specific 10spd cassette in conjunction with a 135mm frame and a 130mm crank set-up (using the 2.5mm symmetric adaptor set) it is possible that you may encounter running difficulties in large sprocket to large chainwheel. This is due to a difference in cassette offset between Shimano MTB and Road 10spd sprockets. Fitting a Road-specific cassette will often solve the issue, or alternatively, switch to the asymmetric +5mm adaptor set and re-dish the wheel.

Halo DJD Bush Drive Single Speed MTB Disc Hub
  • £149.99

DJD Rear Bushed HubHalo's DJD BD hubs have become the DJ Disc Single Speed hub of choice for many riders.BD hubs have been utilised successfully in the hardcore BMX market for quite a while, and the advantages of their lighter weight and improved durability over cartridge bearings are pretty well proven, especially when using compact cog sizes. The stresses caused in a Single Speed hub can be huge and, a bush spreads the loads involved over a much larger surface area than ball bearings can achieve, and therefore helps to avoid premature bearing failure. In addition to the BD features, we have fitted a lightweight alloy axle with tough, replaceable, M10 "Bolt-in" Cr-Mo fixings and alloy caps. We also know that bolt-in fittings can be tricky if the axle starts to spin when turning the bolt, (as you have nothing to hold) - so we have also added a 6mm Hex broach deep inside the axle - just in case the axle starts to spin when you don't want it to ! 14mm adaptors included: the large surface faces of the cones allow us to also use 10-14mm adaptor washers - making this hub suitable for 10mm or 14mm dropouts.,Forged & CNC finished body with slotted flanges.,Bush Driver with screw-on 11T cog.,Hollow Alloy axle with 6mm central hex.,Cr-Mo M10 Bolt-in fixings.,Super strong lightweight alloy axle.,2 sealed main body bearings and 1 hardened plastic driver bush.,Lightweight forged CNC finished alloy hub shell.,11T x 1/8" drivers sprocket fitted standard. ,(9,10,11,13,14,16t sprocket also available)..SpecificationsMaterial : Forged & CNC finished aluminium,Drillings : 32h or 36H,Bearings : 6902 cartridge bearings,Spacing : 135mm,Disc Mount : 6 bolt,Dimensions : C-L 34mm, C-R 35mm, flange 58mm,Colour : Red or Black,Weight : 326g.

DJD S.DRIVE Dirt Jump Disc, Single Speed, 11T Bush Drive, SupaDrive 120T engagement, Bolt-in - DJD Supa Drive Rear HubDeveloped with the help of Sam Pilgrim (and chosen by Matt Jones, Blake Samson and Sam Reynolds) we have taken the best-selling DJD Bush Drive hub and improved it further by adding the proven 120 teeth triple wedge pawl mechanism of the Supa Drive hub. Halo Double Fix-G Track Rear Hub
  • £109.99

Rear Fix-G Track HubsAn ever present headache with traditional fixed hubs is the assembly of a drive sprocket that is attached by a thread being pulled in both directions by the pedal torque. The usual solution to avoiding the sprocket unwinding itself from the hub is a left-hand threaded lock-ring, butted up tight against the sprocket. But, as many riders have found out, this system can be quite volatile. We thought, there has to be a better way......and the solution - an HG splined hub body, with sprockets that slide on and an independent lockring that never has to handle rotational forces from the drive.Halo Fix-G advantages:Easy and secure fixing and servicing.,Adjustable chainline - 41 to 52mm.,Accepts 12 - 20T sprockets.,No need for chainwhip tools.."Halo's HG spline system is so obvious and brilliant that other brands must be kicking themselves for not thinking of it first. It can't slip or thread; it's way easier to fit or swap and will take down to 12t cogs, it's genius". Ty at the Footdown - www.thefootdown.co.uk"The Fix-g hub is great! It runs smoothly as the previous Halo hub but the fact that you can move the sprocket for a perfect chainline is great and you can feel the difference straight away. Also, it's really easy to do, everyone can do it without a mechanic's help." Ivan Fiorilla, 5th Floor riding club - London. www.the5thfloor.co.ukNote: The HG spline must ONLY be used with 7mm wide "fat foot" sprockets such as Halo Fat Foot sprockets or Gusset Double Six sprocket to avoid the cog biting into the alloy splines on the hub. Regular width HG sprockets should NEVER be used.SpecificationsMaterial Alloy forged and CNC machined,Drillings 32H, 36H or 48H depending on model,Bearings 2 x 6000 series Japanese sealed bearings.,Axle Hollow M10 Cr-Mo axle,Spoke Hole Circle Diameter (PCD) 62mm,spoke hole size (diameter) 2.5mm,Centre to Flange Left and Right: 34mm,OLD 120mm,Colour Black, Silver or White,Weight 328g.
