This high-quality model features 112 links and ultra-tough construction for surviving all the knocks that come with BMX and track riding. Specially engineered for single-speed, this is a perfect choice of a replacement for your old or worn-out existing model for smooth and fast pedalling.
Ideal for home workshop use, this set comes with a pair of stainless-steel handles and a threaded axle. In addition, all its bearing gauges and adaptors are made from 6061 aluminium for maximum durability and strength. Lifeline has also housed all of the set in a presentation case, so you can keep everything together and easily store it. The kit is supplied with pairs of gauges to work with the following bearing sizes: R6 6801 6900 608 6802 6901 6800 6803 6902 1728 6804 6903 1526 6805 6000 2437 6806 6001 In addition to the gauges above, this set is supplied with adaptors for installation of hub bearings where it is necessary to have the axle in place to install the last bearing. The additional adaptors/spacers are used to put over the axle, allowing you to safely press the bearing in by pressing against the hub shell without interference from the axle. The inner ring nut removal tool allows you to service your ratchet-style hubs like the DT Swiss 240s, 350 and Prime SR1 hubs. Usually, ratchet hub tools require you to put the tool into a vice and then spin the wheel to loosen but not everyone has a vice, so LifeLine has also added a 24mm Hex which allows you to use a 24mm socket to remove. Not compatible with DT Swiss EXP Ratchet hubs or Pawl drive hubs.
