The 3C Triple Compound mountain technology on the Maxxis High Roller II 650B mountain bike (MTB) tyre uses a harder, longer lasting base layer and two progressively softer top layers in order to optimise its traction and stability. Technologies: 3C Maxx Terra Compound: Maxx Terra is an intermediate compound configuration used in select Maxxis mountain bike tyres. It is softer and offers more traction than their 3C Maxx Speed, yet provides better treadwear and less rolling resistance than its Maxx Grip types. TR (Tubeless Ready) Technology: Tubeless tyres provide the rider with many benefits: the ability to run lower air pressures, which improves traction; lower rolling resistance when compared to a tube-type tyre; and less chance of flatting since there is no tube. Maxxis Tubeless Ready (TR) tyres provide the benefits of a UST tubeless tyre without the weight penalty. Their TR tyres use a standard casing and require the use of a liquid sealant in order to make them airtight. Maxxis Tubeless Ready tyres are the only Maxxis tyres approved for use with liquid sealants. EXO Protection Technology: An extremely cut-resistant and abrasion-resistant material added to the sidewalls of select mountain tyres. This densely woven fabric is also lightweight and highly flexible, ensuring that the tyre's performance remains unaffected. Choose EXO Protection for exceptionally rocky, treacherous trails where the chance of sidewall cuts and abrasions is high.

Created by dhb's female designers and developers, these shorts are engineered with high-performing fabrics from leading Italian mill Miti Spa. A flexible choice for female cyclists, the neckline is cut to complement a sports bra, while the arm holes are not too low, ensuring there's still plenty of coverage. Worn on their own, they offer a great solution to the typical cyclist tan, too. A longer leg and zigzag stitching, rather than silicone grippers, help combat unflattering pinching on the thigh or "˜sausage leg', while the seat pad is positioned for less aggressive riding. The zigzag stitch also allows the chamois to move slightly to suit the rider. Elastic Interface® NICE ANATOMIC WOMEN chamois These shorts feature the NICE ANATOMIC WOMEN seat pad from Italian chamois experts Elastic Interface®. Developed for up to three hours in the saddle, it has an extremely flat profile for continuous contact. A central channel relieves pressure, while an ECO X-Tract top sheet helps expel moisture. bluesign® APPROVED fabrics The bluesign® APPROVED mark indicates 90% of material, trims and accessories are sourced from fabric mills meeting the five bluesign® principles of air emissions, water emissions, resource productivity, consumer safety and occupational health and safety.
