Tighten nut until the extractor is firmly in place within the I. D. of the sealed bearingOnce the extractor is secured, align a punch with back side of the extractorGently tap on the punch until bearing is removed along with the extractorThe bearing is now removed. Use this conversion kit to fit standard Hollowtech II (or compatible) cranks to fit into a BB30 Bottom Bracket. The shims press directly into the BB30 (6086) bearings and you can then slide your crank axle through as though it were a normal HT2 Bottom Bracket. Removal is easy too, you may need to lightly tap out the shims from the bearing.
