This wheel is built around Federal’s Stance Pro hub which features oversized bearings and flanges for better durability on the streets. The hub also comes with 2 plastic hub guards and has female 10mm bolts. laced into the Odyssey Quadrant rim for a super reliable front wheel.
The Federal bottom bracket features high quality sealed bearings with alloy spacers featuring a laser etched Federal logo.
The Federal rubber bar ends match the new colours of the command grips and come supplied with a metal washer to stop the bar cutting through the end of the bar end.
The Teratec is designed with the principle of right materials, in all the right places. With sleek slip on sleeves, pre-curved chassis for attack position, moderately padded with nylon anti-abrasion outer skin, tacky silicone elastic webbing to prevent slippage, fully ventilated rear mesh for maximum cooling. Impacted tested with level 1 protection.

The Madera Helm Spline Drive sprocket is manufactured from 7075 Aluminum in the USA. This sprocket requires no sprocket bolt. Instead, it has a hardened CrMo steel insert in that matches up to the 48 splines on the BB axle for pure, direct power transfer. Federal Stance Pro Cassette Hub laced to the Federal Stance XL Rim. Federal's Stance Pro Cassette Hub has been designed to follow on from the Stance hub. Featuring an upgraded CNC machined 6061-T6 Aluminium Alloy shell with taller and narrower flanges for a more robust and stiffer wheel, upgraded oversized bearings, knurled collars and high density push-fit Nylon guards. The Federal Stance XL rim has a wider (40mm) cross section which is designed to be in keeping with modern tyre sizes which helps the tyre maintain its correct profile. The triple box section combined with the wider profile makes the rim both stronger and stiffer than conventional rims and also helps to reduce the possibility of pinch flats. The wall thickness where the spokes are located has been increased by 22% to reduce the possibility of spokes pulling through the rim. We have also changed the material from Aluminium 6061 to 6066 which increases the strength by approximately 30%.
