Machining in key areas helps keep the weight down and gives the Hydra its distinct and clean design. The Hydra utilises Wethepeople's patented STC (Shark Tooth Clamping) technology, which features fine micro-knurling across the faceplate clamping area that allows the stem to "bite" into the knurling on the handlebars to create a much stronger grip.
