You can also enable live track so your ride buddies and family can follow your progress. Rest a little easier during the café stop with Garmin’s Bike Alarm feature. Internal accelerometers, within the device, will detect if your pride and joy is moved while you’ve paused for a rest. You’ll be notified if this does happen via phone notifications and an alarm sounding from the device itself. Find My Edge is a particularly useful feature for off-road riding. Mountain Bike Features In partnership with Trailforks, the mountain-bike trail mappers, Garmin is offering hundreds of thousands of mountain-bike trail routes built into the unit, along with a trail rating for each.
