The Continental Contact City Tyre is an ECO 25 tyre meaning it has been optimised and reccommended for e-bikes at speeds up to 25 km/h and guarantee low rolling resistance with great puncture protection. If you want an all-rounder or an e-tyre that is reliable all year round the Continental Contact City Tyre is a simple choice.
Suited mainly for use on pathways and road surfaces, this Contact plus model is an adept addition to E-Bike setups, as well as standard city and touring bikes. Featuring a SafetyPlus construction, it is compatible with electronic rides capable of up to 50km/h and features a 180 TPI casing, making it exceptionally puncture resistant across most common road and country touring routes. With a pace-focussed centreline tread pattern, it is brilliant at handling powerful acceleration and speedy cornering, while the triangular side pattern has enough grip about it for a controlled and competent braking experience. Whether weaving your way to work or setting off on a jaunt in the country, this modern tyre is the ideal companion.
State of the art polymers in the rubber compound, Vectran breaker belts under the tread for the best and lightest puncture protection available in bicycles tyres todayJust like its predecessors, it is ahead of its time thanks to new materials and design features and the prevailing German production quality all work to set the Top Contact apart from other touring tyres. Vectran™ Breaker Vectran is a synthetically manufactured high-tech fibre from a natural model. Like spider silk, Vectran is a liquid-crystalline polymer (LCP). Vectran is spun from melted liquid polymer Vectra and processed further to a multi-strand thread. Spider silk, like Vectran, has an enormous tear resistance at a very low weight – exactly the right properties to process into a premium Continental bike tyre as a puncture protection insert. A Vectran Breaker is lighter, more flexible and protects more effectively against cuts than the comparable nylon breaker. Vectran Breaker does not adversely affect the rolling resistance.
Whether you're commuting through the snow and ice or touring during the winter, this folding winter tyre offers exceptional performance on your road bike. It features an optimised tread pattern that ensures maximum traction on snow and wet surfaces. Designed to operate best at temperatures between -25°C and +7°C, this tyre is also equipped with Continental's Vectran Breaker anti-puncture belt beneath the tread. This means that you'll benefit from its fantastic rolling resistance, handling characteristics and reliable protection against cuts and punctures on your travels. One final benefit of this model is its reflective sidewalls, which give you additional safety during dark winter nights and dusky days. Each clip contains various sized sleeves to suit your needs (1mm, 2mm, or 3mm)
This pedal pin kit is an ideal replacement for the old or worn-out pins on your Contact or Scarab pedals. It contains 40 pins and 40 pacers to adjust the height for your needs.
Angular contact bearings provide maximum load distribution across all of the ball bearings unlike standard bearings which load only those at the bottom of the bearing. This load distribution ensures bearing life is increased drastically allowing for more time spent in the saddle than the workshop.Bearing Code: ACB 4545 1125,Dimensions: 30.5 x 41.8 x 8mm,Angular Contacts: 45x45,ABEC: 3,Grade: 10,Grease: Kyodo Yushi PS-2,Application: Headsets,Weight: 19.24g.

The Contact pedal was designed as the Federal team wanted a thin pedal with a large surface area. The aim was to design the slimmest possible pedal without having to go to the unnecessary expense of using sealed bearings. The surface has a subtle concave shape which combined with the tapered pins and knurling makes sure your feet stay put. ###section### Product Specs TYPE/FITS: 9/16 - 3pc MATERIAL: Nylon and Fiberglass Blend BEARINGS: Looseball PACK SIZE: 2 (Pair) WEIGHT: TBC

Don't be fooled by the title, Enduro have been producing bearings since before the word "endura" became fashionable, there bearings are an industry leading design and they set the standard for all other bearing manufacturers to match. You may be more familiar with the ABEC standards from the worlds of skateboarding and roller blades but Enduro have tailored their bearings for the specific demands of cycling. The entry level industry standard of a bearing is ABEC 1 but Enduro do not produce any bearing which comes in at less than ABEC 3, this means that even if you choose an entry level Enduro bearing it is of better quality than another manufacturers entry level bearing. These standard ABEC 3/5 bearings are designed for use within headsets and give outstanding performance and longevity to your components.
