The Mojito has always been a leader in both style and performance. But never ones to rest, the Kask design and engineering team have continued to push the boundaries of cycle helmet performance and the result is the Mojito3. Safety. Comfort. Style. Mojito Cubed. The first thing you'll notice is the sleek design of the Mojito is retained, including iconic tail design, but it gets a modern update, with more natural lines and a fresh streamlined look. With this design, Kask have been able to reduce the overall volume of the helmet so it sits more comfortably, but at the same time, ventilation is improved. Blue Tech padding also adds to the fresh feel, allowing sweat to escape easily, leaving you dry as the heat rises. Cool in looks and cool in performance. Despite the reduced volume, protection has been improved quite significantly. Head protection gets a boost thanks to the increased coverage across the rear and front of the helmet - to quote Kask's figures there is a 32% improvement on protection against impacts to the rear, 25% on frontal impacts and 12% on top impacts, making it the safest Mojito yet. OctoFit retention system The Mojito has always been renowned for its superb fit and comfort, made possible by the innovative OctoFit retention system. This system is retained on the Mojito3. Not only does this system allow you to quickly and easily customise the fit around the circumference of your head, the rear cradle moves vertically, allowing the perfect fit across the back of your skull. Not only is this better for your comfort, in the event of a crash it keeps the helmet in place to afford the very best protection. WG11 Safety Testing Protocols The Mojito3 exceeds the stringent WG11 testing protocols. This series of protocols focus on protection from rotational impact forces, measuring rotational kinematics from both oblique and normal impacts. With these safety protocols adhered to, you can be sure this helmet has you covered should you be unfortunate enough to fall from your bike.
Aerodynamic performance, low weight, maximum ventilation, amazing looks A traditional aerodynamic helmet can be too warm but the vents on a standard road helmet can increase drag. The Protone Road Cycling Helmet (WG11) has a revolutionary design that combines the best of both worlds. Originally developed and extensively wind-tunnel tested together with Team Sky (Now Team INEOS), the Protone delivers professional performance in a sleek and stylish package. The Protone weighs just 215g and uses a 3D Dry padding with a multi-layer open cell construction process to give a more comfortable ride. It has removable and washable inner padding, made from CoolMax® fabrics and its inner padding fabric has been treated using the Sanitized® antimicrobial process. Additionally, its Octo Fit adjustment system guarantees a perfect fit for any kind of head shape. KASK has continued to use its Multi In-Moulding Technology to create a polycarbonate cover for the top, base ring and the back of the helmet’s shell. This is joined to the inner polystyrene cap via KASK’s In-Moulding Technology to improve the shell’s shock absorption. Its strengthened frame further reduces the risk of a shock breaking the shell. WG11 Safety Test The Protone passes the stringent WG11 test. This focuses on protection from rotational impact forces, measuring rotational kinematics from both oblique and normal impacts. With this safety test passed, you can be sure the Protone has you covered should you be unfortunate enough to fall from your bike. 3D Dry tri-dimensional padding The special internal padding is based on an innovative multi-layer open cell construction process that gives maximum comfort and performance thanks to a series of technical features: - Several ventilation holes that reduce the head-to-pad contact surface by 70% compared to standard designs - 5mm thick padding material that wicks moisture away from the head and moves it to the helmet’s outer shell – fast - Excellent three-way evaporation Aerator position at the top of the helmet boosts safety - The top area is reinforced with an internal plastic sub-structure that increases crash protection and helps maintain the helmet’s integrity after impact. CoolMax® material padding The front of the helmet features a highly effective sweat-absorber that is easily removable and washable. Self-adjusting lateral divider This provides great rider comfort with minimal adjustment required. After putting on the helmet and fastening the chin strap, the divider moves to fit comfortably around the earlobe. The ergonomic design means a great fit for all head shapes and sizes, guaranteeing freedom of movement and excellent ventilation. Kask Octo-Fit Rubberised Micro Dial adjuster provides an improved finger grip. Floating cradle contact points and supports are designed to oscillate freely through 180° allowing a perfect fit on any shaped head. The Skeletal Brackets of the cradle have been designed and refined to provide the best fit and support whilst being as light as possible Chin pad with eco-leather chinstrap The anti-allergy, washable chinstrap is extremely comfortable and helps prevent skin irritation. It incorporates soft lateral spacers, shaped to enable excellent ventilation and avoid that unpleasant ‘sweaty strap’ feeling.
When you're ripping up mountain bike trails, the Caipi MTB Cycling Helmet has got the performance and comfort needed to keep you focused on choosing quick lines and maintaining your flow. In order to protect you in the event of a fall, the Caipi uses Kask's innovative MIT design. MIT uses a polycarbonate shell fused to an impact-absorbing inner EPS liner. By directly joining the layers together shock absorption is improved. An extended rear section to the helmet boost all-round protection too, covering you to the base of the skull. The integrated peak keeps the sun off, spray out and brushes off trail-side debris. Thanks to the strength of the MIT construction, Kask have also been able to optimise ventilation without compromising safety. A total of 22 vents ensure your head doesn't suffer from getting too hot and the Sanitized® antimicrobial padding keeps things fresh and prevents an itchy head after a day's riding. WG11 Safety Test The Caipi passes the stringent WG11 test. This focuses on protection from rotational impact forces, measuring rotational kinematics from both oblique and normal impacts. With this safety test passed, you can be sure the Caipi has you covered should you be unfortunate enough to fall from your bike. Kask Octo-Fit The Kask Octo-Fit offers both excellent security and a precise fit. A rubberised Micro Dial adjuster provides an improved finger grip for adjustment. Floating cradle contact and supports are designed to oscillate freely through 180° allowing a perfect fit on any shaped head. The Skeletal Brackets of the cradle have been designed and refined to provide the best fit and support whilst being as light as possible.
The aim with the Valegro Road Cycling Helmet (WG11) was to engineer a helmet with optimal levels of ventilation but without compromising on safety. To achieve this aim the Valegro is made using patented MIT Technology. MIT uses a polycarbonate shell fused to an impact-absorbing inner EPS liner. By directly joining the layers together shock absorption is improved. At the same time, this engineered solution has allowed Kask to give the Valegro 37 vents without effecting strength and protection. With it's highly vented design air is able to rush inside and warm, damp air easily exhausts to the rear. A highly breathable and quick-wicking interior pad system sees head to pad contact reduced by 70% facilitating even more airflow to your scalp, keeping you cooler as you turn up the power. WG11 Safety Test The Valegro passes the stringent WG11 test. This focuses on protection from rotational impact forces, measuring rotational kinematics from both oblique and normal impacts. With this safety test passed, you can be sure the Valegro has you covered should you be unfortunate enough to fall from your bike. Resistex® padding Fast-wicking and quick-drying Resistex® padding draws moisture away from your head to keep you drier as your more intense efforts create heat and sweat. This works with the engineered airflow to boost all-ride comfort and the pads are washable to ensure freshness.
