The LifeLine Rear Mount Triple bike rack has three wide jaws along each arm, these can be pivoted to match the angle of the tubing of the bike frame. Directions for use: 1) Apply Fenwick’s Foaming Chain Cleaner and allow to soak in 2) Insert chain into ‘V’ slot of sponge on the lower section of the chain 3) Holding sponge firmly in position, run the chain backwards through the sponge for 30 seconds 4) Rinse the chain thoroughly with clean water 5) Re-lube with any Fenwick’s chain lube 6) To clean the sponge, just apply some Fenwick's Foaming Chain CLeaner to the ‘V’ slot straight after use, rub it in and rinse thoroughly.

These bike brushes have “Sure Grip” dual density handles to ensure a positive grip even with wet hands. Each item in this Park Tool Brush Set is specially designed for a specific cleaning purpose: The "Y" brush is for large frame tubes and tyres. It will wrap around these to clean. The wire can also be bent to different shapes for different size tyre and tube shapes. The frame cleaning sponge brush is a combination scrubbing sponge/bristle bush. Very useful between spokes on the rim. Also good for rotors and under the headset, and under the fork. The tapered detail brush also called a "bottle brush" is useful for cleaning hub centres and narrow areas, such as under front derailleurs, behind brakes, etc. The GSC-1 gear brush is for rear derailleur pulleys, rear cogs and any general degreasing. Its comb section is for cleaning between cogs where the bristles cannot reach.
Simply Slip the front edge of the cleat into the slot at the front of the cover. Pull the rear tab to snap the back of the cover into place over the rear of the cleat. Ensure the cleat cover is securely fitted before walking.
