Box One Quick Release Seat Clamps are cold forged and CNC machined from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy. A quick release lever makes adjusting your seat height quick and easy. Weighing just 28 grams/1 ounce in the 31.8 size, it’s as lightweight as it is tough. The head of the quick-release lever and the face of the clamp are given a proprietary zero friction surface treatment that ensures smooth lever action for the life of the clamp without the need for a bushing.
Box Two Fixed Seat Clamps are made from the finest 6061-T6 aluminum and cold forged for strength. They are available in multiple sizes to suit a wide variety of seat tubes and riding styles.
Box One stems are cold forged from the highest quality 6061-T6 aluminum available. Featuring an open skeletal design and a dual mid-bolt wedge mounting system, they are lightweight yet maintain a very high level of strength and stiffness. By removing the rear pinch bolts and moving the mounting bolts to the middle of the stem, Box managed to reduce the weight and size and eliminated a serious hazard to the rider’s knees. To ensure proper clamping force, the stem must be mounted on a fork with at least 40mm of the exposed steerer tube.
