The Squadra Stretch Jacket is Castellis entry-level wind jacket, and it has been completely re-engineered to offer a simple and elegant solution than performs even better. The body and the front of the sleeves are now made from a coated ripstop nylon to keep the wind off your core and the most exposed sections of your arms whilst riding. The side panels and back of the sleeves are made from a tightly knit stretch fabric that provides the perfect close-to-body fit and introduces ventilation to the jacket so you dont overheat or get that boil in the bag feeling. A high collar provides some welcome protection for your neck. Reflective details help keep you seen in low light. The jacket packs down small and will take up minimal room in a jersey pocket. The Free Aero RC Short is our top race short, which also means that it's insanely comfortable even if you never pin on a number. It's fair to say that we've been working on this short for the past 15 years. That's how long it's been since the original Free Aero Race Bibshort was first introduced, initially as our top-of-the-line race short. Since then it has won three Tours de France, three Giri d'Italia, one Vuelta and San Remo, but it also became the best-selling product in the history of Castelli because, simply put, this is the short that does everything well. The concept is quite simple: start with the best pad we know how to make, surround it with a supportive short with good muscle compression, and then remove everything else that's not absolutely necessary. You feel Free thanks to the reduced number of panels and the reduced number of seams. In fact, the short portion has just 5 panels compared to 10 in the previous generation. You feel Free because of further refinements to the Progetto X2 Air seamless seat pad. The two densities of foam plus the gel pads provide progressive damping, while the separate Skin Care Layer is soft and stretchy to move with your skin. You feel Free thanks to the most minimal bibs you've ever seen in a short, including open-weave straps for maximum airflow. But we reinforced the yoke so the straps stay in place and made the mesh back narrow for coverage that is minimal yet just enough to hold the shorts in place. And the bib elegantly frames a convenient pocket at the center back. You feel Free because this is the first high-end short that doesn't need any sort of gripper or elastic at the end of the leg to keep the leg in place. Getting this right meant 28 prototypes and our most extensive test program ever, and it results in the most comfortable leg ending we've ever made. The Forza 2 fabric has 32% Lycra® with a high modulus for exceptional muscle support and just the right amount of compression. There's reflective piping on the back. And all logos are either stitched or embossed for durability. What It Is The perfect mix of comfort and speed. Engineered for top-level racing, which also makes it supremely comfortable for every ride and rider. Product Features High-compression 215 g Forza 2 fabric with 32% Lycra® content provides exceptional muscle support and compression Progetto X2 Air seamless seat pad is soft against the skin but well padded for long-distance comfort 5-panel construction for reduced seams and less chafing Stitched scorpion logo patch and embossed Castelli wordmark for durability Reflective piping on back of legs Raw-cut edge at waist for extra stretch and comfort Raw-cut leg ending engineered to stay put without silicone grippers 15°-35°C / 59°95°F Weight:184g

WARMER CONDITIONS This is our base layer for the warmest conditions. The mesh is open to create a space on the skin for sweat to evaporate. The 10% elastane content makes it very stretchy and helps in the moisture retention so that you're always getting evaporative cooling. WHAT IT IS Our lightest and airiest base layer wicks moisture away from your skin, while the open mesh helps hold the jersey up and away from the skin. It's good for warm conditions, and some riders even like it on a hot day, as it allows airflow between the jersey and skin. PRODUCT FEATURES Magic Mesh 90% polyester, 10% Elastane wicking fabric Minimalist lightweight construction Reduced seams for maximum comfort 20°-30°C / 68°-86°F Weight:88g
Castelli's entry-level short still needs to be an amazing short in order to carry the scorpion logo. Comfort from quality fabrics, our KISS Air2 seat pad and anatomic construction are brought together with an overall focus on durability.
When Castelli engineered the first aero jersey for road racing back in 2006, everyone thought we were crazy. Back then, aero was only for TTs. Performance clothing meant moisture management. And you could win the Tour de France with a baggy jersey that was little more than a polyester T-shirt. Even our aerodynamic consultants expected limited gains, so we named the jersey Split Second, though, like now, we thought even small gains were worth pursuing. In the end the gains were pretty substantial, and we completely revolutionized the look of the pro peloton. We're now on the sixth major revision of our aero jersey. Each generation has become more aero and better fitting. The Aero Race 6.0 benefits heavily from CFD analysis of wake flow in the riding position for fabric and seam placement. It also benefits from pro riders' feedback, as we've worked to make the jersey comfortable for their long hours of training and then racing in every possible weather condition. CFD-based fabric placement and seam construction Engineered for aero efficiency at 30 to 55 km/h Airflow shoulder construction Velocity Rev2 fabric on front and sleeve 3D mesh back for breathability Elbow-length stretch sleeves with raw-cut edge YKK® Vislon® zipper Drop tail allows perfect pocket placement while keeping jersey fitting well at waist 18-35°C / 64-95°F Weight: 109 g
