He has also been adding moto foam to those hard to get at areas where mud likes to gather. The moto foam helps keep mud out but the open cell design allows water to flow through so it does not get heavier. This foam can be easily removed during maintenance and cleaned with fresh water. This bundle is for 10cm x 10cm of grip tape and 30cm x 30cm of moto foam which allows you to easily get that professional setup on your own bike. How to use: Grip tape – Cut to size and stick on contact areas for maximum grip. Moto foam – Cut to size and place in areas like crank spindle or bottom of your steerer tube to keep mud out. This open cell foam will not absorb water but will keep mud out.

Nukeproof has fitted these hubs with its louder pawls and springs, this gives the wheel a nice buzz as you head down the trail. Nukeproof Horizon V2 Wheel ARD and Sealant BundleComing equipped with the brand's extensively trailed and tested alloy blend, this wheelset features a rim construction that's specifically made to meet the demands of both enduro and downhill (DH) riders. Producing a hardness similar to 7-series alloy but with the ductility and yield properties of a 6-series, it gives you the best of both worlds in terms of strength, stiffness and weight.Both rims have the same profile, but the rear has a thicker sidewall for added strength on the trails. Another benefit is it comes equipped with J-bend spokes, which means that tensioning and spoke replacement is quick and easy.Enduro ABEC 5 BearingsAfter extensive testing with various brands of bearings, Nukeproof chose to use Enduro ABEC 5 bearings in this wheelset. These bearings have the “LLU/LLB” seal type, which uses two lips that make light contact in a groove to create a labyrinth where the water or dirt has a more difficult time penetrating. LLU seals are similar, only the contact pressure or interference fit is greater to seal better. Enduro bearings have 80% grease fill on both sides whereas most other bearings have 35% grease fill on one side. This delivers full coverage, so there are no dry areas as well as avoiding metal on metal contact or wear.
