The secret to great fun on any ride is confident and secure braking. Letting it rip where you want, knowing that you can stop when you want. Enter Apex 1. The lever body design offers excellent finger wrap, comfort and control. This makes the Apex an ideal option for use on a variety of surfaces to ensure that you always have the upper hand. This system utilizes the same design technology as SRAM force, bringing a wealth of race-proven performance to any bike. Adapter brackets allow you to easily run the system with 140mm or 160mm rotors, so Apex can be installed on almost any bike. Please Note: Use Flat Mount 20mm offset (F20) for 160mm rotors Use Flat Mount no offset (F0) for 140mm rotors
The Connectamajig™ is the coupling hose that makes initial set-up of SRAM road hydraulic brake systems easy, fast and convenient for the factory, craft builder, or dealer. The intimidation of hydraulics is gone with a push and a twist, its just that easy.
The new Rival brake lever, with Reach Adjust, features the same ErgoFit ergonomic design introduced on SRAM RED but delivered in a sleek, forged aluminium offer.
Featuring Dual Pivot performance and a proprietary pad compound, the Force brake set delivers high power with low weight. Intelligent engineering combines cold-forged arms, titanium main pivot bolts and hardware and a powerful return spring for positive engagement and release. Their dual pivot design increases braking power and enhances progressive feel.
The forged aluminium arms ensure you have stable and reliable braking power with the capacity to endure.
These SRAM S500 brake levers deliver precise and real stopping power and feature a positive action return spring. For this particular model, hot red anodized aluminium replaces carbon, adding minimal weight, but maintaining the same quality, stopping power and aerodynamics.
DoubleTap What It Is: DoubleTap® is the flagship technology leading SRAM’s road gruppo revolution. It’s a simple yet elegant and advanced system that addresses issues - Without compromising on performance, comfort, and weight - with a revolutionary shift/brake lever design. What It Does: DoubleTap® makes changing gears easier and faster, eliminating the cumbersome and awkward engagement associated with two-lever systems. DoubleTap handles up- and downshifts in one short, sweeping motion, with minimal effort and maximum comfort no matter where you are on the bars. ErgoDynamics™ It consists of three separate elements to significantly improve your riding experience on SRAM DoubleTap controls. The brake lever is slightly longer than previous DoubleTap road controls to enhance the reach from the drops. The independent reach adjust features on the brake and shift levers are easier to access to quickly adjust for every hand size. Finally, the shape of the hoods has been completely redesigned with a smaller diameter and higher top shape to increase the rider’s control and improve finger wrap. Reach Adjust Brake lever fit and feel is a personal thing. Riders have individual positioning preferences, as well as unique hand sizes and finger lengths. Reach Adjust makes it easy to adjust your lever for maximum one-finger control for everyone. ZeroLoss™ ZeroLoss simply means, well, zero loss—when you push on the lever, for an upshift or down shift, the cable is engaged instantly—zero loss of movement. There is no middle-ground where you're waiting for the shift to come. Gear changes are instant and precise.
