When used properly, Box One tensioners will protect your frame dropouts and hold your rear wheel in place. Keep in mind, however, they aren’t indestructible (neither are your dropouts). The Box Two Hollow Center Clamp stem is cold forged from the highest quality 6061-T6 aluminum available. Featuring an open skeletal design and a dual mid-bolt wedge mounting system, they are lightweight yet maintain a very high level of strength. A 53mm extension stem weighs just 218g/7.7oz. By removing the rear pinch bolts and moving the mounting bolts to the middle of the stem, Box reduced the weight and E3size and eliminated a serious hazard to the rider’s knees. These stems come with either a 48mm or 53mm extension and have a 22.2mm clamping diameter. To ensure proper clamping force, the stem must be mounted on a fork with at least 45mm of exposed steerer tube. Box Two integrated headsets feature an aluminum top cap, CNC-machined bearing cover, and split crown race with super-smooth rolling, precision bearings. The 1.5" headset is designed solely for tapered frames and forks but also includes an adapter which allows you to run a straight 1-1/8" inch fork in a tapered head tube. It has a 45° x 45° upper bearing and a 36°x45° lower bearing.

Cold forged and fully CNC-machined from a number of high strength aluminum alloys, The Box One Stem Lock offers peace of mind and a level of added protection against losing your front wheel and fork legs in the event of a broken steerer tube. The stem lock runs through the centre of your steer tube providing compression for your headset and steering system. These are praticulary good for Carbon forks that use a carbon steerer tube and cannot accept a top cap or star nut. The Box One Stem Locks are backwards compatible with existing Box forks and may work with forks from other manufacturers.
Box Two Replacement Brake Pads fit all Box cartridge brake shoes, as well as all other 70mm cartridge brake pad holders from other manufacturers. Replacing the pads takes just minutes and is as easy as removing the pin, sliding out the old pad, refitting the new pad and replacing the pin.

Weights range from 0.02 to 0.14 ounces (0.56 to 4 grams), depending on the size. For the best performance, stack the spacers so the vertical supports are in alignment. Sold in packs of five, each set provides spacing adjustments from 1 to 20 millimeters.
