The 100% Aircraft 2 Helmet sets the standard for high performance protection. With its shell constructed from carbon fibre it's both incredibly strong and lightweight. A full carbon fibre shell features Patent Pending injection molded chin bar integration that strengthens the front area, it also features chinbar rear support for additional reinforcement. The entire helmet is lined with Dual Density EPS foam, injection molded with polycarbonate designed to absorb heavy impacts. As well as the EPS foam lining the Aircraft 2, 100% have added their proprietary SmartShock system which utilises 14 small rubber elastomers suspending the helmet around the head to better absorb linear and rotational impact energy.
