UK street magician Jordan Godwin wanted a taller rise bar with a slightly smaller box width than other Eclat bars, the large radius bends give the Chocolate bar a classic round shape. The Chocolate Bars are constructed from full liquid post heat-treated, seamless 4130 chromoly for maximum durability. When Eclat came to designing its first four-piece handlebar, they really wanted to go back to the drawing board and address all the annoying issues that four piece bars have always notoriously suffered from. With larger diameter top bend for cleaner look and more resistance to bending, larger tubing at welds solves the common issue of 4pc bar fatigue by greatly increasing contact area at weld. The Strangler Bar utilises oversize 25.4mm tubing near the clamping area to make it outlast anything you can throw at it. The increased 25.4mm diameter tube where the stem clamps the bar allows the bar to be clamped much more securely than the traditional 22.2mm tubing found on most bars and stems. The Strangler bar combines the bigger 25.4mm clamping area with a matching 25.4mm griptube that then tapers back to a regular 22.2mm tube further up the bar. PLEASE NOTE: This handlebar must be used with a 25.4mm bore stem (check out Eclats Slattery 25.4mm stem) and will not be compatible with a traditional 22.2mm stem.
