When Castelli engineered the first aero jersey for road racing back in 2006, everyone thought we were crazy. Back then, aero was only for TTs. Performance clothing meant moisture management. And you could win the Tour de France with a baggy jersey that was little more than a polyester T-shirt. Even our aerodynamic consultants expected limited gains, so we named the jersey Split Second, though, like now, we thought even small gains were worth pursuing. In the end the gains were pretty substantial, and we completely revolutionized the look of the pro peloton. We're now on the sixth major revision of our aero jersey. Each generation has become more aero and better fitting. The Aero Race 6.0 benefits heavily from CFD analysis of wake flow in the riding position for fabric and seam placement. It also benefits from pro riders' feedback, as we've worked to make the jersey comfortable for their long hours of training and then racing in every possible weather condition. CFD-based fabric placement and seam construction Engineered for aero efficiency at 30 to 55 km/h Airflow shoulder construction Velocity Rev2 fabric on front and sleeve 3D mesh back for breathability Elbow-length stretch sleeves with raw-cut edge YKK® Vislon® zipper Drop tail allows perfect pocket placement while keeping jersey fitting well at waist 18-35°C / 64-95°F Weight: 109 g

The Nano Flex Pro Race Bibshort is the latest iteration of Castellis Omloop thermal short. Taking inspiration from pro riders cutting down knee warmers at Omloop Het Nieuwsblad so they ran to just above the knee, the Omloop was cut longer than normal bibshorts with an extra 10cm of fabric adding a lot of warmth, while also doing away with the need for restrictive gripper elastic. This new bibshort take the same idea but with an updated design for even greater versatility. The Nano Flex Pro Race Bibshort is made from Castellis Nano Flex 3G fabric. This offers the same warmth, softness, and breathability as the fabric used in the original Omloop but it is also water repellent. So now this short ideal for cool and dry days, but it is also superb for wet weather. Reduced seaming eliminates points where water can enter the short and minimises abrasion. The mesh bibs dont add warmth so you can dress your upper body for the conditions without worrying about moisture build up. The bibshort uses Castellis Progetto X2 seat pad. This pad features two isolated layers that work in tandem with your body and saddle to eliminate friction while still offering substantial cushioning whereitsneeded most. Its still a pro tool: this short is identical to the mode supplied to Team Ineos. Key Features Nano Flex 3G fabric is water repellent, stretchy and warm thanks to luxuriously soft brushed inside Reduced seams for comfort and to prevent water from entering shorts during wet rides Knee-length cut for extra warmth that doesnt require gripper elastic Highly ventilated mesh bib straps Progetto X2 Air seamless seat pad for long hours in the saddle 12 20C / 54 68F Weight: 205g (Large)
