So named due to the 23 large ventilation ports, the Project 23 ABS Full Face Helmet features a whole host of materials and technologies to ensure you're head gets the finest protection possible while offering an incredibly low weight of just 860 grams and great value for money for a hard-shell lid. Start With Protection As with any mountain bike helmet, it's core function is to keep your head safe when you take a slam. And to this end, 7iDP chose a sturdy ABS hardshell construction over the EPS foam core rather than in-moulding a light outer to a foam core, as can be found on most trail helmets. The CRV (crash Release Visor) is also designed to snap away in the event of a crash, reducing forces on the neck and head. It simply snaps back into place too, rather than uses bolts. Keep Cool. Perfectly balancing comfort and protection, the M1 is great for all your trail rides whether you’re racing or taking part in a full day of uplifting. The internal muzzle is foam padded, cushioning your head from impacts and abrasions while keeping debris out from the back vents. The helmet comes with 17 vents, throughout the design, that offers 360-degrees of ventilation with each protected from incoming debris with a mesh covering. The adjustable peak is ultra-durable, kept in place with two aluminium screws and a central thumb screw. Meanwhile, the wide face opening extends your vision and makes it easy to fit even the largest goggles.
Aimed at the youngest little rippers out there, tearing it up on balance and scoot bikes, and getting to grips with their first pedal bike out on the trails. Super light protection to let them get on with having fun on two wheels. The pull-on sock design offers a comfortable compression fit, with silicone grippers to keep the pads in place. The slip-on design sits further up the thigh than most for optimal fit. Breathable mesh back panels help to keep them dry and comfortable as they ride. The pad itself is made from the heat mouldable foam to conform to knee shape and deliver a really comfortable ride.
