Castelli Transition 2 JacketFeaturing windproof protection to the front and a highly breathable back, the Castelli Transition 2 Jacket can take you comfortably from cool autumn bike rides through to milder spring interval training sessions. A mid-weight thermal, the Transition 2 Jacket has been created to give you the ideal balance of warmth and breathability, particularly suited to cycling in the seasons that bookend summer, namely spring and autumn. This balance is made possible firstly by the Gore-Tex INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® X-Mid, tried and tested for windproof protection on their highly-rated Gabba cycling jacket. This technical fabric is deployed across the front and sleeves, facing into the worst of the weather, preventing cold winds from sapping warmth. Meanwhile, the back panels are made from warm and highly breathable Warmer fabric. This complements the windproof fronts and ensures you don't overheat or suffer from sweat pooling on the skin. The Transition 2 is cut more generously than their race kit, allowing you plenty of space to both move and to add layers underneath if needed. Cycling-specific details are also all present and correct. Three rear pockets allow easy access to all your essentials and reflective details keep you visible if you ride in low light or darkness. A YKK® Vislon® zipper slide easily for easy opening and closing and silicone gripper elastic keeps the jacket snugly in place.
