And Cool.With the aid of extensive wind-tunnel testing at the NEWTON laboratory of Milan, the Manta (MIPS) Road Helmet has a lower tube-shaped profile at the rear to make it more streamlined than ever. And yet, for an aero helmet, it's remarkably well ventilated too.NACA inlet vents and carefully positioned exhaust vents work in synergy to create smooth, constant airflow through the helmet while also minimising drag. Once inside, airflow rushes along internal air channels to give a boost to your comfort and dispel sweat vapour.MIPS-C2®(Multi-directional Impact Protection System) The Mips system is designed to provide added safety for helmets in many accidents. For certain impacts, the Mips system can reduce harmful rotational motion that might otherwise be transferred to the user’s head.Rotational motion is a common cause of concussions in oblique hits to the head. In a crash, the Mips system is designed to move slightly inside the helmet to help redirect forces away from the head.The Perfect FitA safe helmet is one you can get to fit well and fit securely. And in this case, the Manta lets you get the right fit via the Safe-T Orbital Fit System. This features a 360-degree head belt with both vertical and Occipital adjustment. This allows for precise adjustment of the fit for both comfort and stability and removes any pressure points. Air-Mesh comfort pads also enhance comfort and they're quick to deal with sweat when the heat is rising and the pace is speeding up.
