Manitou Dorado Comp Suspension ForkFeaturing a robust 6000 series aluminium leg construction, this mountain bike (MTB) suspension fork delivers tough and dependable performance as you charge down the trail. Coming kitted out with Boost axle spacing, it also ensures stiffer, stronger and more efficient handling when dominating your way across challenging terrain conditions. Benefitting from post most disc brake rotor compatibility, it offers reliable front-end suspension performance in combination with your powerful and consistent braking set-up.Inverted Design and 37mm StanchionsInverted forks provide an incredibly smooth and consistent feel due to the constant lubrication of the bushings and seals. Inverted forks also provide a major increase in fore-aft stiffness with much longer bushing overlap compared to traditional fork designs while maintaining torsional compliance which provides more control to the rider over rough trail sections. 37mm proved to be the perfect balance of increased stiffness, weight savings, and an ideal seal surface area for reduced friction. Compared to the previous 36mm version of the Dorado, the updated 37mm alloy increased in stiffness at 20% for both fore-aft and torsionally when compared to the former 36mm. Dorado Comp is also electric bike (E-bike) certified.Coil Spring and Absolute Plus (ABS+) DampingReady for fast and intense rides, this model is equipped with a coil spring for maximum bump sensitivity and simple service procedures. Known for its incredible reliability and easy tuning, its Absolute Plus (ABS+) damper is a shim stack based damper that features external incremental Low Speed compression adjustment.
