Rego has been used by him, and many other top athletes and sportsmen since its launch in 1995.Directions for UseFor best results consume REGO Rapid Recovery within 30 minutes post-exercise. Do not mix with milk as it will slow down the absorption rate. It is recommended not to exceed more than three servings per day.
